* Rattata is, without a strategy, famously useless. It has ridiculously low stats in all departments and isn't fully evolved.
* It's poor defensive abilities allows it to be easily 1HKO'd by basically any non-ghost-type move but allows an interesting use of the focus sash.

Move 4: Toxic/Super Fang

Ability: Hustle
Categories such as nature, IV's and EV's don't matter due to this strategy ((Read on, it becomes clear))

* The user will have to start with endeavour (guaranteeing the opponent is faster) in order for the focus sash to immediately used
* The rattata, after using endeavour, has itself and the opponent at 1 HP and uses sucker punch or quick attack to faint the target.
* Double team can be used for ghost types before using toxic to work as a toxic stall to use the strategy on the next Pokemon.
* Toxic will be used first for leftovers users, higher priority move users, ghost types and setups
*Super fang can deal decent damage to Pokemon that can counter this strategy (Such as z-hypnosis xurkitree, or dark void Darkrai)
Usage tips
=======
* This can be used to get rid of the last Pokemon in the opposing team that gives the rest of your team trouble.
* Surprisingly, this can be used as an effective toxic staller with double team.
* Don't switch into this strategy. Instead, use it after a Pokemon is KO'd (or to begin or end a battle)
* This strategy can quickly win against almost any team with correct usage, and can be used against basically any non-ghost-type.
Team options

* This can be used to fill in an empty spot in any team because of it's flexibility
* You can also make a team full of these in anything goes.
