Rayquaza has mediocre speed with an impressive attack stat. It has a large selection of coverage options which help it break through teams, most of the time for another offensive Pokemon or work as a late game cleaner.

Set Description
=========

• Choice band is the only viable set to use on Rayquaza
• Coverage allows you to 2HKO basically the entire tier at minimum
• Works as a check to both Heracross and Deoxys-Attack
• Access to priority, allowing Deoxys-Attack to run coverage instead of extreme speed if paired together
• Hidden Power Bug hits the Lati twins harder
• Overheat covers Forretress, Skarmory, and Metagross
