RBY RandBats
As we move into 2023, it's time for a new Random Battles thread to help drive discussion! This is a place to discuss RandBats, share resources and VRs, discuss strategy, post tournament signups/stats/replays, and so on. I will also be adding resources and changes made to Rands below this intro. Feel free to message me to add anything helpful you make!

Resources:
Gen 1 RandBats Moveset Calc (appears to currently be broken unfortunately)
Showdown Gen 1 Rands Calc

Useful Notes on Teams, Movesets, etc.
  • A team cannot have more than two Pokemon weak to any of the following types: Ground, Psychic, Electric, Water, Ice, Fire. So for example, a team with a Charmander and a Vulpix could not have any more Pokemon weak to Ground or Water on it, while a team with a Beedrill and a Jynx could not have any more Fire-weak Pokemon on it, and could only have one more Psychic-weak Pokemon.
  • This section will be updated with any more useful tricks or team generation restrictions shared by players.
