On Team Rest of the US
Following US South failing to put together a team last year, US West is also seriously struggling for signups this year, and currently does not clear the minimum line of 8 valid signups. RoUS will form as a result.
On Team Rest of the World
I have tried to avoid RoW teams in the past, but there were many subgroups of players whose regions are also failing to clear the 8 signups line. Rather than creating a tournament with many aberrations, 'refugees', or half-formed teams, it seems that the best solution is to have 13 other clearly defined teams, and one catch-all for all the teams that can't quite form this year.
Current signups who will fall under team RoW:
Asia - Fluore, Bohrier, MirrorSaMa, Blazing
Brazil - leoperi, ExguardiaN, doso749, felzzz, Mik3ymon, angolano06, ySagaz_
Colombia - Maris Bonibell
Europe - Mada, oligen1, Rubyblood, lolebruh, cyberacc, Lialiabeast
If any captains do not wish to captain the region they have been assigned to, please DM me IMMEDIATELY.
If any captains wish to form new regions that are not in this list, please DM me by next Wednesday at the latest.
If any captains wish to add an assistant that is not yet listed here, or make any other changes to the captain list as provided, please DM me by next Sunday at the latest.
