This is my second try at a competitive team. I've made several changes regarding the Move-sets, along with the EV's. I am looking for help to further improve the team. I have made sure that every Poke on this team can come in, practically unharmed, to each others' weaknesses.
Thanks for your help.
TEAM AT A GLANCE
THE BREAKDOWN
Jolteon- Revenge/ Special Sweeper/ Lead
Vaporeon- Wall/ Support
Flygon- Physical Sweeper
Dragonite- Physical Sweeper
Skarmory- Physical Wall/ Phazer/ Set-Up
Scizor- Physical Wall/ Late-Game Sweeper
DeadBolt@ Choice Specs
(Timid)-----[252 SPA/ 252 SPE/ 4 HP]
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power {Ice}
Shadow Ball
Baton Pass
Lead of sorts. I usually attack any leads in which I have the distinct advantage over (I.e. Shadow Ball on Azelf and Thunderbolt on Gyarados) If no such advantage exists, I dry BP to bring in the necessary counter. For the most part, stealth Rock doesn't effect the team, other than Dragonite and I take my opponent's wasted opportunity to lay them down to set up myself. Jolteon Speed on the team aids in the category of Special Sweeping and revenge killing. Hidden Power {Ice} gets rid of Zapdos. I am not 100% if he is a better lead than Skarmory.
Hydrexy@ Leftovers
(BOLD)-----[188 HP/ 252 DEF/ 68 SPA]
Surf
Ice Beam
Hidden Power {Electric}
Wish
My counter for Heatran and Salamence. Takes hits like a champ and switches in easily to nullify Fire attacks put against Skarmory/Scizor and Ice attacks put against Dragonite/Flygon. Hidden Power {Electric} deals with opposing water types and Gyarados. Wish is for team support and self healing.
Izzy@ Choice Band
(JOLLY)-----[252 ATK/ 216 SPE/ 40 HP]
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Fire Punch
Toxic
Provides further strength against the likes of Heatran. Toxic is for anticipating the switch and poisoning their replacement. Earthquake and Dragon Claw are obviously because of STAB. Fire Punch for steels. Passed on Fire Blast against Skarmory because of Jolteon.
WingNut@ Leftovers
(ADAMANT)-----[252 ATK/ 244 HP/ 12 SPE]
Light Screen
Super Power
Outrage
Dragon Dance
Dragonite, for the most part, is a heavy hitter who can switch in rather easily. If he comes in and I predict a switch, I Light Screen and proceed to Dragon Dance. Light Screen makes Dragonite a team player and gets Scizor ready for the final sweep.
BlitzBeak@ Leftovers
(IMPISH)-----[252 HP/ 96 ATK/ 156 DEF/ 4 SPE]
Spikes
Whirlwind
Roost
Brave Bird
Skarmory's main objective is to lay out Spikes. For team purposes, he also switches in to Ground/Fighting attacks against the team. Whirlwind is for phazing. Brave Bird is for Machamp and Heracross
Crimson@ Life Orb
(ADAMANT)-----[252 ATK/ 232 HP/ 24 DEF]
Bullet Punch
Swords Dance
X- Scissor
Baton Pass
Scizor's Bullet Punch combined with STAB, Technician, and Life Orb is amazing. Swords Dance is in case I am in a position in which I can Set-up. Baton Pass is in case a Fire-Type comes my way and I can share the boost with Flygon to take care of it.
Thanks for your help.
