Invalid Re-making Arch in OU!

Hey, been a long time, but I'm only coming here because I had a quick chat with some people on Showdown
Basically, we may have found a way that Arch could be re-instated
See, various moves themselves have been banned, such as Baton Pass and Last Respects, I believe. While nowhere near as broken, Electro Shot is the only thing that's truly making Arch unstoppable and forcing half of the OU teams to be Rain. So, if we re-instated Arch and simply banned Electro Shot in OU and below...
We might be able to save Arch!
