Rejected Recharge move description

In my opinion, the strategy dex description of the recharge moves should say “DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO WIN!” The exception is gen 1

I think it’s fairly obvious we’re not going to include a joke line in the description for a move lol. Thanks for the suggestion though
