Handbook states that:

Generally speaking, the attributes of a same-move combo are equal to the attributes of the move multiplied by a certain amount, while the attributes of a different-move combo are equal to the attributes of one move added to the attributes of the other.

Both moves have the atributes of Earthquake. Why couldn't them be synchroed?

Remember that as per handbook, energy on D/E moves is spent half on evading and half on damaging.

And why am I to order again?
 
Handbook says "switch-forcing moves", this is a switch-forcing item. Also NDA's description of U-turn and co mention the turn order change. Red Card's doesn't.
