Heyo Shin31, welcome to Smogon. Unfortunately I can't rate this team yet because you fail to reach the RMT standards; you must have 3 sentences of explanation for each Pokemon. These sentences can include items, moves, EVs, Tera, what the Pokemon provides, etc. I recommend checking this thread to learn how to write one.

Oh ok thank you

Now that you've edited this, I can finally rate it! There is a core I see formed, while trying the replicate the TingDozo (:ting-lu:+:dondozo:) from the end of Regulation F, with some sand elements. Here are the weaknesses to note:

  • :archaludon:+:pelipper: - Not as big a issue as the other I will note, but your team pretty much can crumble if you don't out play your opponent. Dondozo:dondozo:loses to Electro Shot (hurricane after tera), Incineroar loses to Weather Ball (Electro Shot after Tera), and I think you can figure the rest out. You do have Ttar:tyranitar:to shut off weather and Rotom-Mow:rotom-mow:to take some hits, but it can be overwhelming when against a good player.
  • :gholdengo: - Tera Water sets in particular, this can be scary since only Incineroar:incineroar:and Dondozo:dondozo:can safely take hits and stop it.
Changes

First i have to address some of the EV issues you had.

:dondozo:: 248 EVs --> 244 and 4 into Speed
:incineroar:: Unless they do something specific, I suggest changing to a more offensive spread (shown in paste)
:gliscor:: 240 EVs and 24 EVs --> 236 EVs and 28 EVs
:lycanroc:: New edited EVs in paste

Now to the bigger changes:

:gliscor: --> :Dragonite:/:salamence:
Gliscor just sucks but Dnite as well as Mence are good with Grass-types as well as Water-types, whilst keeping the trapping capabilities with Fire Spin.

Tera Water --> Tera Ghost on Tyranitar:tyranitar:
This prevents Fake Out and Fighting-type attacks, as well as some Normal-type attacks.

Stone Edge --> HHP on Tyranitar:Tyranitar:
This provides coverage against Kingambit and Archaludon.

Tera Rock --> Tera Ghost on Lycanroc:lycanroc:
This does the same with Tyranitar:tyranitar:

Discharge --> Volt Switch/Tbolt on Rotom-Mow:rotom-mow:
This is just better in general, since we removed Gliscor.

And that's all!
New Paste: TingDozo on a Budget (tryna keep the dream alive here)
As always, good luck and have fun!
