Scream Tail is a solid defensive pivot for strong physical attackers such as Slither Wing and Chien-Pao that is able to have great longevity thanks to Regenerator. Scream Tail also makes for a good Wish passer for bulky teammates that lack reliable recovery such as Garchomp, Volcanion, and Zamazenta-C as it can pass Wish to them while also recovering on its own with Regenerator. Encore is used to stop set up threats like Quaquaval and Kingambit, while also being able to waste PP on Corviknight's and Zapdos's Roosts. Thunder Wave can be used to cripple fast threats like Chien-Pao and Talonflame, making it easier for them to be revenge killed, while Stealth Rock can provide entry hazard support for a team. Scream Tail can opt to run Rocky Helmet to more punish Sword of Ruin Galarian Zapdos, Meloetta, and Corviknight, Heavy-Duty Boots provides better longevity against hazards, while Choice Scarf can be used in conjunction with Trick to cripple defensive walls like Corviknight and Hisuian Goodra while also being able to stop potential set up attempts. Iron Treads makes for a good partner with Scream Tail as it can remove hazards while Scream Tail can switch-in on incoming Fighting-type moves and also Wish pass to Iron Treads, allowing it to last much longer. Slower offensive Pokemon such as Hoopa and Volcanion also appreciate Scream Tail, as its able to spread paralysis on faster offensive Pokemon, making it easier for them to sweep. Scream Tail is vulnerable to strong special attackers like Thundurus-T, Iron Moth, and Magic Guard Heatran and since it also takes up the Regenerator ability slot, it is highly recommended to run a special wall with reliable recovery like Blissey or specially defensive Iron Moth that can withstand strong special attackers.

move 3: Encore / Trick I would also switch the slashes so the standard set is Dgleam Wish Twave Rocks because Encore, while annoying, is less over useful than one of those two, in my opinion.

Scream Tail is a solid defensive pivot for strong physical attackers such as Slither Wing, Chien-Pao, and Roaring Moon 252 Atk Choice Band Strong Jaw Roaring Moon Crunch vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Scream Tail: 312-367 (71.8 - 84.5%), I'm not sure why you would pivot Stail into an offensive Roaring Moon, just go hard to your Corv. It's not worth scouting a pontential Fluffy DD Moon especially when it's so telegraphed on preview. Maybe try Meowscarada that is able to have great longevity thanks to Regenerator. Scream Tail also makes for a good Wish passer for bulky teammates that lack consistent recovery such as Garchomp, Chien-Pao too frail, especially considering a lot of of Stail's switchins are Fires & Steels so you can't exactly get Cpao to receive the wish, consider another Fat mon or something that can switch into Stail's checks like WBB Kingambit or Volcanion, and Zamazenta-C as it can pass Wish to them while also recovering on its own with Regenerator. Encore is used to stop set up threats like Quaquaval and Talonflame You'd much rather click Twave into Talon after switching into a BU or in a 1v1, Encoring could potentially be helpful, but you can usually revenge a paralysed Talonflame easily. A better example of checking setups would be Kingambit or Landorus-I, while also being able to waste PP on Corviknight's and Zapdos's Roosts. Thunder Wave can be used to cripple fast threats like Chien-Pao and Talonflame, making it easier for them to be revenge killed, while Stealth Rock can provide entry hazard support for a team. Scream Tail can opt to run Rocky Helmet to more punish Sword of Ruin Galarian Zapdos, Roaring Moon Slither Wing Either specify RegenVest Roaring Moon or remove it, Stail doesn't want to come in on it as mentioned previously. Slither Wing's a better example as half its job is to spam U-turns, and Corviknight, while it can also choose to run hyphen->Heavy-Duty Boots for better longevity against hazards. Add a mention of Trickscarf here (imo) Iron Treads makes for a good partner with Scream Tail as it can remove hazards while Scream Tail can switch-in on incoming fighting Fighting or Fighting-type moves and also Wish pass to Iron Treads, allowing it to last much longer. In return, Well-Baked Body Iron Treads can help switch into Fire-types that threaten Scream Tail such as Heatran, Ceruledge, and Hisuian Arcanine, though it has to be wary of super effective coverage from all three. Slower offensive Pokemon such as Hoopa and Magic Guard Psea and MGLO both appreciate the speed drop for entry opportunities Volcanion also appreciate Scream Tail, as its able to spread paralysis on faster offensive Pokemon, making it easier for them to sweep wallbreak. Scream Tail is vulnerable to strong special attackers like Thundurus-T, Iron Moth, and Magic Guard Heatran and since it also takes up the Regenerator ability slot, it is highly recommended to run a special wall with reliable recovery like Blissey or specially defensive Iron Moth that can withstand strong special attackers.
