A solid defensive typing, good bulk, and access to STAB Knock Off give Alolan Muk a small niche as a RegenVest user, able to switch in on and threaten fierce special attackers like Gholdengo, Gengar, Latios, and Deoxys-S. Knock Off, on top of dealing solid damage, is a fantastic disruption tool, debilitating Choice item users like Primarina and opposing RegenVest users like Manaphy. Poison Fang allows Alolan Muk to spread deadly poison against potential switch-ins like Great Tusk; Rock Slide hits Zapdos, Iron Moth, and Volcarona hard; and Ice Punch provides a strong hit against Dragonite and Sandy Shocks. Thunderbolt is an option over Ice Punch, allowing Alolan Muk to do some semblance of damage to Corviknight and Skarmory. Physical walls are ideal teammates for Alolan Muk, with options like Great Tusk and Corviknight primed to deal with physical attackers like Zamazenta, Ceruledge, and Kingambit that seek to prey on its mediocre physical bulk; they can also remove entry hazards, allowing it to make the most out of Regenerator. Using Alolan Muk means that you aren't taking advantage of an alternate RegenVest user with pivoting like Manaphy or Swampert, relegating it entirely to bulky teams that can take advantage of its unique traits while compensating for its weak points. Alolan Muk is a significant momentum sink and often needs additional support for powerful boosted threats like Sandy Shocks and Primarina; specially bulky pivots like Earth Eater Empoleon make great teammates to fill in these gaps.

A solid defensive typing, decent good this thing is specially bulkier than manaphy lol bulk, and access to Knock Off give Alolan Muk a small niche as a RegenVest user, able to switch in on and threaten fierce special attackers like Gholdengo, Scream Tail, and Deoxys-S. Knock Off, on top of dealing solid damage, is a fantastic disruption tool, debilitating choice item users and opposing RegenVest users alike some examples of both would be nice. Poison Fang allows Alolan Muk to consistently spread deadly status against potential switch-ins like Great Tusk, but Poison Jab is an option that 2HKOs Pixilate Scream Tail and offensive Primarina. Rock Slide hits Zapdos, Iron Moth, and Volcarona hard, and Ice Punch is a strong hit against Landorus-I Landorus and Sandy Shocks attempting to switch in on your Poison-type moves not really needed and they don't want to be poisoned anyways. Thunderbolt is an option over Ice Punch, allowing Alolan Muk to do some semblance of damage to Corviknight and Skarmory. Physical walls are the most obvious "the most obvious" is kinda rude for something that's supposed to help players new to the tier, i'd change it to something else teammates for Alolan Muk, with options like Great Tusk and Corviknight primed to deal with physical attackers like Zamazenta, Ceruledge, and Kingambit that seek to prey on its pitiful physical bulk while also removing entry hazards this sounds like the physical attackers are removing the hazards, rephrase, allowing it to make the most out of Regenerator. Due to being a significant momentum sink and often needing additional support for powerful boosted threats like Latios latios is a debatable mention here since specs adapt draco does 49-58 and two draco's don't kill even after rocks while muk can threaten an ohko after rocks chip, i'll leave it up to you if you want to change it or not and Primarina, specially bulky pivots like Empoleon and Mandibuzz spdef mandibuzz isn't real and it's worse at switching into these mons than muk is make great teammates to fill in these gaps. Using Alolan Muk means that you aren't taking advantage of an alternate RegenVest user with pivoting like Manaphy or Meloetta, relegating it entirely to fat, bulky teams that can take advantage of its unique traits.

A solid defensive typing, good bulk, and access to Knock Off This isn't really relevant nowadays I feel since almost all relevant RegenVest users atm carry Knock give Alolan Muk a small niche as a RegenVest user, able to switch in on and threaten fierce special attackers like Gholdengo, Scream Tail, Latios, and Deoxys-S. Knock Off, on top of dealing solid damage, is a fantastic disruption tool, debilitating choice item users like Latios Primarina There isn't a world where Latios's staying in on Mukand opposing RegenVest users like Manaphy. (AP) Poison Fang allows Alolan Muk to consistently It isn't really consistent though if it's a 50% chance... spread deadly status against potential switch-ins like Great Tusk, but Poison Jab is an option that 2HKOs Pixilate Scream Tail and offensive Primarina I don't really see the relevance in this considering both are going to switch out anyways, and the more I look at it I'm starting to think Pfang just outclasses Pjab to the point of removing it. Rock Slide hits Zapdos, Iron Moth, and Volcarona hard, and Ice Punch is a strong hit against Landorus Dragonite and Sandy Shocks. Thunderbolt is an option over Ice Punch, allowing Alolan Muk to do some semblance of damage to Corviknight and Skarmory. Physical walls are ideal teammates for Alolan Muk, with options like Great Tusk and Corviknight primed to deal with physical attackers like Zamazenta, Ceruledge, and Kingambit that seek to prey on its pitiful mediocre 105/75 while not great isn't pitiful by any means physical bulk; they can also remove entry hazards, allowing it to make the most out of Regenerator. Due to being a significant momentum sink and often needing additional support for powerful boosted threats like Sandy Shocks and Primarina, specially bulky pivots like Earth Eater Empoleon make great teammates to fill in these gaps. Using Alolan Muk means that you aren't taking advantage of an alternate RegenVest user with pivoting like Manaphy or Meloetta Swampert, relegating it entirely to fat, bulky teams that can take advantage of its unique traits.

Some points I find notable to mention as well:
- Is there a reason this is Careful < Sassy nature + 0 Speed IVs? Feels like lowering Tbolt damage for no reason or making slower than other RegenVest pivots looking to scout isn't optimal.
- The structure of this analysis is extremely similar to the current analysis that's up on dex (I'm aware you wrote that one too), so could be worthwhile to change the structure in some way so it doesn't mirror the old one.

A solid defensive typing, good bulk, and access to the STAB-move Knock Off or just remove the word "STAB" give Alolan Muk a small niche as a RegenVest user, able to switch in on and threaten fierce special attackers like Gholdengo, Gengar, Latios, and Deoxys-S. Knock Off, on top of dealing solid damage, is a fantastic disruption tool, debilitating choice Choice item users like Primarina and opposing RegenVest Assault Vest users like Manaphy. Poison Fang allows Alolan Muk to spread deadly status against inflict potential switch-ins like Great Tusk with poison, Rock Slide hits Zapdos, Iron Moth, and Volcarona hard, and Ice Punch is a strong tool to hit against Dragonite and Sandy Shocks. Thunderbolt is an option over Ice Punch, allowing that allows Alolan Muk to do deal some semblance of moderate i just looked up what semblance meant and the way you used it didn't make sense to me but if you're using it correctly its probably fine to keep it damage to Corviknight and Skarmory. A solid defensive typing, good bulk, and access to STAB Knock Off give Alolan Muk a small niche as a RegenVest user, able to switch in on and threaten fierce special attackers like Gholdengo, Gengar, Latios, and Deoxys-S. Knock Off, on top of dealing solid damage, is a fantastic disruption tool, debilitating choice Choice item users like Primarina and opposing RegenVest users like Manaphy. Poison Fang allows Alolan Muk to spread deadly status poison against potential switch-ins like Great Tusk; (semicolon) Rock Slide hits Zapdos, Iron Moth, and Volcarona hard; (semicolon) and Ice Punch is provides a strong hit against Dragonite and Sandy Shocks. Thunderbolt is an option over Ice Punch, allowing Alolan Muk to do some semblance of damage to Corviknight and Skarmory. Using Alolan Muk means that you aren't taking advantage of an alternate RegenVest user with pivoting like Manaphy or Swampert, relegating it entirely to fat, bulky teams (fat bulky teams is redundant bc fat and bulky mean the same; if you want more clarity you could use a playstyle like balance or stall, whatever fits best) that can take advantage of its unique traits while compensating for its weak points. Alolan Muk is a significant momentum sink and often needs additional support for powerful boosted threats like Sandy Shocks and Primarina; specially bulky pivots like Earth Eater Empoleon make great teammates to fill in these gaps.
