Regigigas won't be able to check anything when slow start is active, but when slow start ends it check's most of the base 90 and 80's in the teir such as Absol and Several silvally form's if has Speed EV's.

The Crown Tundra gifted Regigagas Protect, With this new move it can now burn half of it's Slow start. While with slow start it can Support it team with an sponge that can stall Sand storm and hail while helping with Knock off. Body Slam is Here for Normal stab but Mega kick is for more power, And Drain punch to Hit rock, and steel types hard while Healing Regigigas, But Substite can be used instead via it's Extra Protection and it's Team mates can Take care of the rock and steel types. Protect also gives it a turn to recover some health via Leftover's.

While an Choice band Sawk Close combat only has a 65% chance to OKHO which regigigas can Cripple it with toxic or thunder wave.
OTHER OPTION's: Power-Up Punch can be used to raise the attack of Regigigas while also being super effecive against Steel and rock type's but Super power is also another option For an very powerful move to OKHO Aggron when slow start is not active, Block can be used instead of knock off to Toxic stall pokemon that can't hurt regigias that much.
Check's and Counter's: Anything with Roar, Whirlwind, or Dragontail will mess up the Slow Starter Set, While Most Fighting typs Counter it via there Power to Destroy and possibly OKHO both set's but they have to be careful Against The Defensive set if they Don't OKHO. Anything that can hit hard is an Good check because Regigias has no Recovery beside from leftover's which mean's it will fall against Repeated hit's. Knock off or trick User's or good check because they take care of Regigigas only source of Recovery.
TEAM MATES: Wish passer's, and Other mon's that can put up screens are the Perfect Partner for Regigigas via Having an higher chance to pull of slow start.
