Regigigas use in doubles

Regigigas paired with a worry seed pokemon is a good combo. Making regigigas's ability insomnia means that its slow start ability will no longer cut its attack and speed in half, which is his bane. Pokemon like cradily and ferrothorn learn this move so it wont be that hard fitting a regigigas on your team. The only true problem here is that you shouldnt place regigigas at the beggining, because worry seed could eliminate other abilities.
(Worry seed doesnt work on pokemon with the abilities multitype or truant)

Hi, welcome to Smogon! This isn't an appropriate topic for a new thread (with new threads also requiring approval first), I would recommend reading the Smogon Rules before posting in the future.

As for the topic of Regigigas, it's a well known 'gimmick' to pair it with something to remove Slow Start, such as Neutralizing Gas Weezing-Galar. Worry Seed also works, but Cradily and Ferrothorn aren't the most viable users, something like Rillaboom or Whimsicott would be better.
