[SET COMMENTS]
* Registeel is one of the bulkiest Pokemon in the entire metagame. With its pure Steel typing, sky-high defenses, and access to Amnesia, Iron Defense, and Rest, it's easily able to stall a huge chunk of the metagame, including Regidrago, Alolan Ninetales, Primarina, Iron Crown, and non-Trick Metagross.
* Body Press with Iron Defense is Registeel's best attacking move, allowing it to break through Pokemon such as Calm Mind Cresselia and Iron Defense Iron Crown.
* Leftovers is used for general healing against the majority of the metagame, especially helping against Encore Primarina and Encore + Disable Iron Valiant.
* Air Balloon helps tremendously against Ground-type Pokemon such as both Ursaluna formes and Garchomp.
* It's important to note that Registeel is crippled by its weakness to Fire- and Fighting-type attacks from the likes of Volcarona and both Urshifu formes, so Pokemon like Primarina and Volcanion make for good partners.
* Registeel is also weak to a lot of common status moves such as Taunt from Raging Bolt and Corviknight, Encore from Ogerpon-W, and Curse from Pecharunt. Finding a Pokemon that can deal with these, such as Raging Bolt, Passho Berry Volcarona, or Choice Scarf Hisuian Arcanine, is crucial for Registeel to fit on a team.

* Rest increases your stalling capabilities by restoring your HP. Self-explanatory info, should find something else to say or remove it. Could mention specific matchups or scenarios where resting is better than attacking with [boosted] bpress or situations where it can pp stall.
