* Thanks to Registeel's enormous defenses, it has established itself as a solid bulky Steel-type in the current metagame. It is capable of unleashing some of the most effective Body Presses in the game thanks to its base 150 Defense and access to Iron Defense. In addition to this, Registeel's Clear Body foils many attempts to bring its defenses back into check.

* Body Press is Registeel's primary source of damage due to its high Defense stat. It's vital in tackling Pokemon that typically check Registeel such as Incineroar, Heatran and Urshifu.

* Iron Defense and Amnesia are both responsible for making Registeel the defensive monster it is. In late game situations, their defense boosts are pivotal in making Registeel unbeatable by the rest of the opposing team.

* Protect is the primary option for the last slot that maximizes the recovery gained from Leftovers, allowing for better longevity. Rest is an option that gives Registeel a form of full recovery at the cost of being asleep for two turns. This is generally less of a problem for Registeel, however, due to its bulk.

* Leftovers is the best item for Registeel, as its tendency to stay on the field allows for maximum recovery, often more than alternatives such as Sitrus Berry.

• The overview point is already a little long, you can maybe move some of the amnesia stuff into main
• the pokemon you list on body press aren't just common, they're would-be checks, I think it's important to make that clear
• want -> tendency (minor gp but it bugged me enough bweh)
• not requiring it of you but since we're slashing something with protect it might be a good idea to explain why protect is an option to begin with
