i took out Snorlax as he’s too situational, where the only way he even worked was if i got trick room off.

so i took him out and added

Togekiss @ Scope Lens
Ability: Super Luck
Level: 50
EVs: 6 HP / 252 SpA / 250 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dazzling Gleam
- Heat Wave
- Air Slash
- Follow Me

As i knew i needed something bulky and fast, obvious choice was togekiss. my record went from good to tied with the same amount of looses. After, adding togekiss match ups are still different with him but he’s good, and helps..

hey man, for the most part I think you got the base of a good looking team here. However, I think it should be optimized a bit more in order to generally increase the team's ability to apply pressure, right now it looks like it doesn't get going quick enough for a team that doesn't necessarily have ways to play defensively. Here's my suggestions to improve your team on both ends:

:dragapult: :dusclops:
first, I suggest making Dragapult a physical set with Weakness Policy instead of Focus Sash and an all-out attacking moveset, in conjunction with Dusclops having Shadow Sneak over Haze. The set you have right now is generally weak; Dragapult doesn't really have the kind of power on its own to be a threatening attacker, especially considering the fact that all of its attacks right now come off its really pitiful base 100 Special Attack. By making Dragapult Weakness Policy Physical, you make Dragapult much more dangerous as a Dynamaxed attacker; furthermore, you can immediately activate the Weakness Policy yourself with Shadow Sneak. This does two positive things for your team: one, it makes your Dragapult a naturally better Pokemon by virtue of having a stronger attacking moveset; and two, it gives Dusclops more utility outside of purely setting Trick Room, making it more efficient in compositions where you have to bring Conk and Dragapult together in a specific matchup.
Dusclops @ Eviolite
Ability: Frisk
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 92 Def / 166 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Pain Split
- Trick Room
- Night Shade
- Shadow Sneak

Dragapult @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Clear Body
Level: 50
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Dragon Darts
- Phantom Force
- Fly
- Protect
:gyarados: -> :rotom-wash:
next, I recommend using Rotom-W over Gyarados. This one is to improve your relevant match-ups and then some while still maintaining the role as an attacker that can set up and pressure. In particular, Rotom-W will be handy for you for the improved match-up vs Togekiss, Sand Rush Exca, and opposing bulky Water-types e.g. Primarina, Milotic, Lapras. It's also functionally less dependent on the DMax, which you are most likely to invest on Exca or Pult on this team anyway. Rotom-W is a Pokemon you'd rather have instead as, aside from the mentioned better match-ups, it's a pivot that will be really useful for being secondary for your main attacking guys.
Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 100 SpA / 4 SpD / 148 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Nasty Plot
- Protect
:conkeldurr: :excadrill: :togekiss:
last are a few more minor changes to generally increase the efficiency of the team. One, I recommend changing Conkeldurr into a standard Flame Orb set. Generally speaking the coverage gimmick with EBelt is generally inferior to the more consistent AND powerful Guts-boosted Close Combats; it doesn't really lose out on anything in terms of coverage, and doing this also gives you a Mach Punch that's generally stronger and more effective at picking off threats. Two, Excadrill should have Focus Sash and Protect over Rock Slide. Focus Sash is because it's the better item on Exca anyway for letting it beat stuff it shouldn't be able to but also because the Weakness Policy is going to Dragapult (item clause). Rock Slide is generally unnecessary and doesn't really hit anything you don't already, so Protect is better as a generally good move in doubles play. Last, I recommend running Babiri Togekiss instead; the team doesn't really need more hitters on top of Exca, Pult, and Rotom-W (or Gyara) at this point; you'd rather prefer a more defensive variant that can hold the line and support your guys. Babiri can be really handy in your match-up against opposing Excadrill, and a defensive set can more feasibly run Yawn and be annoying vs opposing Dynamax mons. You'd rather have a Pokemon that's dedicated at purely supporting considering everyone else is pretty dedicated to attacking already.

That's pretty much it mate. Here's a link to the complete importable with changes incorporating my rate. good luck with your team!
