Release the dogs of war

This team i've been working on for a bit and has been a ton of fun. I'm ready for some rates on it, and see if I can make it better. I've got it up to 1300 on the ladder and want to see if I can take it to the next level.
Like all my teams, I'm staying away from status and setting up layers of hazards and focusing on raw power and bulk. And of course staying away from weather. Can't we make a weatherless ou tier?
The Pokes have been chosen carefully to not be destroyed by stall oriented spiking stealth rock hazard teams. Heatran with the balloon isn't hurt on switch in's besides stealth rock(while air balloon is up anyways). Breloom absorbs toxic spikes that would otherwise only harm Gastrodon. Hazards really only hurt Salamence who typically if rocks are down I only send out after dispatching of steel foes, and leave in until dead as once he gets a kill not much stands in his way. The idea of the team is to force offensive pressure on the opposing team right away. Each poke is capable of sweeping any team not prepared for it.

Here's the close up and specs.

Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Flame Charge
- Hidden Power [Ice]

I love building teams around heatran. This team was no exception. I made a twist on him and opted for flame charge as my fire attack. After 1 of those bad boys he outspeeds most all unboosted/scarfed pokes. Enabling him to do some serious damage. Plus he really gives sun teams a run for their moneys once he get's two speed boosts under his belt.
Sadly Heatran is the only poke on this team capable of running stealth rock, so I had to give it to him. He does lay them pretty easily, and is a good lead poke about half of the time. I like to lead him out on pretty much everything but sand teams. Rain is great as it forces politoed into a water attack which lets me switch right away into Gastrodon who really likes the attack boost.
Earth Power destroys sun teams and other heatran. HP Ice is for dragon slaying and Gliscor slaying. One thing I must warn when running hp ice watch out your speed doesn't drop down to 30 ivs. That really screws you over against other Heatran.

Scizor (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 240 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Roost
- Bug Bite/U-Turn
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch

I love how amazing he works with Heatran. After one swords dance even without attack investment bullet punch does a lot of damage. It also forces out fire attacks making my heatran even stronger. This set takes a lot of criticism. Rocky Helmet on scizor? HAHAHAHA. This set can comfortably switch into anything Physical. Choice Banded Close Combat is the only move that does 48-51% to it. Earthquake typically around 20-25 % This let's me set up and roost around anything physical and sweep. Scizor also makes a great lead against non weather based teams, and scares T-Tars lacking Fire Blast. I do gamble on them not having it or missing with it alot. Fire Punch only does around 60% on him so it doesn't scare me. I am pondering dropping bug bite and adding U-Turn on him, as Magnezone seems to be getting a ton more usage lately.

Gastrodon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Recover
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Earth Power

Gastrodon works so well with Heatran and Scizor. He completely walls most Rotom and politoed and after a rain boost this guy wreaks havoc. Plus he is a great switch in when I lead with Heatran.
I went for an all-out attacking version with recover to make him that much more of a pain, most ppl expect a defensive toxic version. It's also extremely easy to get a water boost on him, which takes his Special attack to a very respectable 460. Surf is his stab of choice. Earth Power I may drop for Ice Beam as I hate ground moves missing, I hate moves that aren't 100 percent in general. A Bolt-Beam combo would be nice though.
HP electric was a must as a Gyarados/Skarmory gives this team hell. Rain Skarmory is so common now, an electric move on a team is pretty much a must in my opinion.

Breloom (F) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 236 HP / 12 Def / 196 SDef / 64 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Spore
- Swords Dance
- Seed Bomb
- Mach Punch

I had a fire and water so might as well have a grass. I've never used Breloom, and he is a pain in the ass for a lot of teams. I went with Mach Punch as I wanted one more priority attack, I figured with toxic orb drain punch wasn't so useful and after a swords dance this is more powerful anyways(than a un boosted drain punch) 64 speed was added as I was losing mach punch bullet punch wars before which was really annoying. Plus now I outspeed other brelooms. Bulk up can be easily switched with swords dance, but I like the instant power with mach punch. I am pondering a substitute Focus loom still.

Salamence (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake

This is my favourite sweeper, period. If I can get rid of the steels, outrage destroys everything after 1 kill. Dragon Claw does enough damage to draw out the steels and begin to wear them down. Salamence is one of those pokes that always deals more damage than he takes, so I am never left feeling he didn't pull his weight. Brick Break is for t-tar, killing most of them except the max hp ones. 97% is a piss off I must say.

Reuniclus (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Toxic
- Recover
- Calm Mind
- Psychic

I was running Latias, but I discovered that not only was Reuniclus bulkier, it was stronger. That and it's immunity to status and rocks and spikes damage make it pretty sweet. I made this spread and moves on the fly. Toxic to stall and gives me some much needed status inducing. Calm Minds and recover + leftovers to make me very hard to kill. Psyshock is there as a last resort attack, and to give me an edge on fat pink blobs, Latias and opposing Reuns.

Thanks for your rates.
