Remember Pokemon Pearl?

My first RMT on Smogon. Sorry for no pictures I know they make it look boring but I'm just too lazy.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Sassy
252 Hp/86 atk/80 def/92 sp. def

-Stealth Rock
-Gyro Ball
-EarthQuake
-Rest

My standard starter/wall. I went with rest over hypnosis because this thing is hard enough to eliminate but with rest it's just a monster. Plus with the sleep clause theres no point in having 2 pokemon with hypnosis.

Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Adamant
252 atk/216 spd/40 hp

-EarthQuake
-Ice Shard
-Stone Edge
-Ice Fang

Fantastic physical menace. I went Ice Fang over blizzard because even though a 2hko on Skarm seems useful, this thing only packs 6 Special Attack IVs.

Gyarados @ Life Orb
Adamant
252 atk/216 spd/40 hp

-Aqua Tail
-Dragon Dance
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge

My other Physical sweeper... speaks for itself.

Gengar @ Wide Lens
Timid
252 sp. atk/252 spd/4 hp

-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
-Hypnosis

My main Special Sweeper. Please don't even bother posting about how life orb, choice scarf or choice specs are better on Gengar than Wide Lens because I will not acknowledge that. The point is that with the great coverage of Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball and the ever present sleep clause, I will only use Focus Blast and Hypnosis in very key moments and I absolutely cannot have either of them miss.

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Impish
252 hp/252 def/6 sp.def

-ThunderPunch
-Fire Punch
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split

My main means of countering Heracross and Gyarados. I don't care what anybody says I love pain split. It's like hitting 2 Birds in one stone, especially in the case of Dusknoir who has such a small amount of HP.

Heracross @ Choice Scarf
Adamant
252 atk/252 spd/4 hp

-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-Pursuit
-Megahorn

Good, standard physical sweeper. Stand out because he keeps Tyranitar at bay to a certain extent (that certain extent meaning before 2 DDs). I'm thinking about switching to SD luke with Vacuum wave to possibly replace Heracross.

Use Waterfall>Aqua Tail on Gyara. You can't afford a miss during a sweep, and waterfall's flinch rate could come in handy.

put explosion over rest on bronzong, otherwise your opponent can set-up on you in your sleep. any reason for the 40hp on mamoswine and gyarados? might as well max speed to win those speed ties sometimes. also aqua tail is iffy on gyarados waterfall is usally used for 100% accuracy and a flinch chance. if you mutlipy base power x accuracy its only 1 point stonger.(80vs81). this team is weak to heatran after gyarados goes down and it will go down with life orb and stealth rock in play quite fast. to help this i recommend replacing dusknoir with a heatran of your own or vaporeon. vaporeon can still counter gyarados with hp electric and give wish support. heatran can eat fire attacks all day just watch out for earth power of course. you still have enough coverage for heracross with gyarados, bronzong and gengar. you may not think so but pain spilt is too unreliable to work most of the time. and if you change to heatran make gengar choice scarf to revenge kill gyarados at least. switch up heracross to choice band to break down walls easily, something that choice scarf heracross has problems with. swords dance lucarios good too but please dont use vaccum wave on him its a special attack.

Basically, if you'd want recovery on Bronzong, squeeze in something with Wish somewhere on your team. Rest is just out of the question. You shouldn't really give free switches in such an offensive metagame. Light Screen could be a great asset to your Scarftran-weak-team, as it can pick up a Will-o-Wisp from Dusknoir, and OHKO everything on your team but Gyarados, who's 2HKOd.

Another suggestion I'd like to make is giving Dusknoir Earthquake, again, to hit Heatran. That way, you don't have to let something die before switching in Gyarados to deal with Heatran. Especially with Light Screen from Bronzong, Dusknoir is going to take a Fire Blast pretty well, and OHKO in return with Earthquake. Currently, you are unable to to anything really. Unlike Heatran, you are capable of taking care of an Heracross by prediction, whereas Heatran almost always will provide at least one OHKO.

When Lucario is such a problem, I would probably stick to Jolly nature on your Mamoswine to hit those Lucarios who run Adamant nature, making it unable to switch in and possibly get an SD in, or just simply OHKO you. Life Orb is in my eyes a superior choice of item too, allowing you to abuse the amazing coverage Ice and Ground provides!

I was actually just starting to work on a scarftran because that Mamoswine is fresh out of the oven (and performing beautifully on Smogon). I have a wish support lying around in my box that goes by the name of Jirachi. It usually does fairly good on shoddy with its CM set, but Bronzong is my main starter and I don't know if 2 pokemon of the same type on the same team is a very good idea. So now I'm thinking of replacing Dusknoir with ScarfTran and Heracross with Jirachi. Any opinions?
