Approved Report runner-up for single elimination tours

Currently tournaments display runners-up for every type (multiple elimination and all round robin) except single elimination.
For consistency, it'd be better if it was also displayed for single elimination tours.

This is definitely intended to happen, and actually works... but only when the tournament only has 2 players.
