Intro: Basically, when i made this team i tried to base it around a suicune sweep. Suicune, although OU, is underrated as far as gamewinning potential goes. With that, i decided to pair him with flygon. Flygon, not only a dragon, is also immune to electric attacks which would hinder suicune. My flygon set allows me to scout out for the things that suicune doesnt like, perticularly Celebi. I chose Metagross as a lead because of his versatility. I love how i can set up stealth rock, yet maintain my bulk and live to explode later, or even potentially get some physical bruising in. Zapdos i felt complimented blissey well as a physical wall to her special wallness, aswell as gave me some electric output on the team for things like vaporeon and such. Azelf was the last member i filled and originally had scizor, then i realized i had a huge machamp weakness so i had to put him in their. He also helps keep some other key pokemon under control.

Key Problems ive had: Basically, i feel like although this team has competant members and good synergy, i feel like i leave a lot uncovered. Certain pokemon are able to do me quite a bit of harm. They would include Gyarados, Bronzong, Umbreon, Rotom is slightly annoying, Electivire and Machamp is slightly annoying [if he subs].

1. Metagross @ Occa Berry
Nature: Adamant
252 HP / 236 Atk / 12 Def / 8 Spe
-Stealth Rock
-Bullet Punch
-Meteor Mash
-Explosion

Metagross has made for quite a reputable lead. He always gets me stealth rock up. Often times ill save him after that and switch to a sweeper or scouter to kill the opponents opener, even if that allows them to get Stealth rock up themselves [ill kill a aerodactyl but more other things are left to another pokemon], only to come in later against something i dont like and explode on the, giving a fair 1 for 1. Bullet punch is for the frail aerodactyl leads. Not much else to say about this character, he pairs well with my Flygon if i can save him because hes bulky and steel so he can take a beating from most thigns that try to kill flygon.

Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe
-U-Turn
-Earthquake
-Outrage
-Fire Punch

Flygon has complimented my Suicune fantastically. I decided to run fire punch on him so he can take out the pesky steels that think they can run rampant and wall him. I usually use him as a quick dip n diver, putting him in to scout out and pulling him out with uturn. Earthquake is a great coverage move that handles a jolteon and other less than sturdy pokemon. Outrage is usually saved for endgame when i can let hiim loose to rampage the other team. He and suicune work well together because often times ill have a jolteon try and thunder, or blissey thunder wave, only to be met by an earthquaking flygon who dont take none of that.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
200HP / 252 Def / 56 SpA
-Roar
-Calm Mind
-Surf
-Ice Beam

Suicunes the real star of the show. Often times after scouting with flygon and taking out what i need to allow him to run rampant, ill find myself able to sweep 2-3 of my opponents pokemon in a run, only to have blissey for wish support to wreck upon their team later. I chose the CM shuffle set because if anything comes up out of surprise, i can roar, and switch in a counter or continue on my merry way. Ice beam takes out dragons, flyings, most things that would hit a team hard. surf is a great stab, taking out tyranitar, heatran, blaziken, and infernape to name a few [aside from grass knot ape]. Ive found myself able to usually get about 2 CM's up [one time i got 4] quite easily, and from there on im deadly.

Azelf @ Expert Belt
Nature: Timid
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Nasty Plot
-Grass Knot
-Flamethrower
-Psychic

Azelf is one hard hitting little dude. After a single nasty plot hes a powerhouse waiting to break loose, often times a nasty plot isnt even 100% necessary. Flamethrower hits the steels so hard its nobodies business. Psychic takes out machamp, who was giving my team problem, aswell as most things incredibly hard because of the stab. Grass Knot takes out the bulky waters quite well. Overall this thing allows me to have quite a bit of coverage on the special spectrum and is a mean pokemon to use and abuse.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
248 HP / 228 Def / 32 Spe
-Thunderbolt
-Heatwave
-Hidden Power: Grass
-Roost

This set on the defensive side is great, having roost is really important, and the electric/fire moves combo has been treating me well. I can even go so far as to switch into another zapdos if i need be. Hes my physical defensive pokemon and has roost to shake off the repeated assaults. Hes often my 2nd to last pokemon alive. Thunderbolt hits gyarados hard, heatwave hits the steels, aswell as celebi. One pokemon who i have trouble with is electivire. If he catches me on a switch ive had one able to wipe almost half my team. Its because if he uses ice punch against my zapdos and i switch to my flygon to try and earthquake him, he ends up dealing super effective to both either wave. I just gotta play smarter around him and its usually okay but its still quite bothersome.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
252 Def / 252 S.Def / 4 HP
-Softboiled
-Wish
-Toxic
-Thunderwave

This blisseys kinda odd aswell, i kinda designed it for my team. Its a standard special wall, aswell as the a cripple and staller. I figured i wanted to have wish support handy to allow me suicune some longeavity, aswel has have toxic for a vaporeon who wants to try and stall my cune. Thunderwave deals with Rotom, as it slows him down so another pokemon can wheel and deal it to him. Thunderave also cripples scizor if i catch him on a switch, as hes often brought in to try and answer to my Blissey.

Outro: Overall the team is built around catering to suicune. Its been working quite well with a hopeful win of 2/3 matches. I feel my main downfall is the lack of coverage some of the pokemon employ. Im mainly looking for some feedback on how to best deal with that, aswell as anything else that would help this team. Its mainly founded on the suicune/flygon combo so id like both of those pokemon to stay; however, if any other pokemon has a better fit, id be glad to here about it.
