I was randomly thinking some strategies (most of them were jokes), when I thought up a strategy of using Rest to fully heal yourself, and then having a Cleric heal everyone from Sleep, providing a full restore of every Pokemon on your team. After a bit of trial and error, I determined that it actually does have some success, so I was working around with some team setups. This is the one that I've had the most success with so far, but it still isn't quite perfect.

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Toxic
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
Chansey's main job here is to be a safe switch most of the time when I need one, then use Heal Bell, fully restoring (hopefully) a couple team members that have used Rest. Softboiled is required for Chansey to heal off the damage she takes when she switches in, while Toxic and Seismic Toss give Chansey something to do if I can't switch, or finish off weakened Pokemon.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Recover
- Giga Drain
- Stealth Rock
Celebi provides another alternative for a Cleric, if for some reason Chansey were to be a bad move (typically when a fighting type is on the field). A recovery move is a necessity for Celebi as well, as otherwise she would be repeatedly worn down by the various damage she would take when she switches in. Stealth Rock is particularly useful on this team, as my constant switching due to Rest often forces my opponent to switch to counter my new Pokemon.

Empoleon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Scald
- Yawn
- Rest
On this team, Empoleon's main job is to attempt to force out the various threats my opponent may try to throw at me. Ice Beam can potentially KO Dragon Types, which would otherwise plow through my team, and Scald is a nice STAB. I use Scald over Hydro Pump and Surf because the Burn can give my entire team more durability, and this team is about lasting a while while giving off a strong attack whenever possible. Yawn is useful for forcing a switch, as otherwise (and really even with Yawn) I have a problem with a sweeper setting up on one of my Pokemon and being able to sweep unchecked. I used to Roar, which was nice for phasing through Substitutes, but moving last meant that Empoleon was usually killed before he could do anything. Finally, Rest is a solid move on this team, allowing me to fully heal myself, at the cost of being unusable until I can get one of my Clerics out.

Reuniclus (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
IVs: 0 Spd
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 SDef
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Rest
What Reuniclus does is let off powerful special attacks, while still being relatively bulky, and here is no exception. Psychic / Shadow Ball / Focus Blast are typical coverage moves, aiming to do as much damage as possible on this set, while still maintaining versatility. After Reuniclus takes sufficient damage, I simply rest and pick up with a different Pokemon. In addition, Reuniclus's slow speed allows me to outpace most Pokemon on the rare Trick Room team, while otherwise giving me a chance to use Rest and switch out before getting attacked again.

Conkeldurr (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
IVs: 0 Spd
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Payback
- Rest
Conkeldurr is essentially a Physically Reuniclus, and has the exact same purpose. Drain Punch / Payback is standard coverage for Conkeldurr, with the first increasing his durability. Mach Punch is also nice for outpacing Pokemon when I need to. Rest plays out the same as Reuniclus, and the note on his slow speed applies here as well.

Tentacruel (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Scald
- Rest
With all the switching going on, Rapid Spin is an absolute necessity for this team. Toxic Spikes is useful for winning out some long battles with Stall Teams, as oftens I'm reduced to just Chansey and Celebi, and I have to stall the rest of the game. The rest of the set plays out similar to Empoleon, with Scald and Rest providing attacking options and reliable healing, respectively.
As mentioned before, my main problem with this team is that a lot of my Pokemon are easy to set up on, and Empoleon can't phaze them out out before he dies.
