Why this set deserves to be on site:
Rest gives Gyarados a reliable method of recovering whil Dragon Dancing, something the other DD sets don't do. It also grants Gyarados immunity to Parlysis and Burn, both are things other DD sets are deathly afraid of. If proper threats are eliminated, it can easily steamroll through large portions of teams.
If this isn't on site:
At least slash Dragon Dance on the Rest Talk set over Roar or put it in the AC.
