Hi, i'm a big fan of RU and of Hyper Offense teams so i wanted to make a RMT explaining my building process, i already done a very cool
Webs RMT and since it was a lot of fun to make i wanted to make another one, also since tier shifts happened which were quite bad for HO as we got Mamoswine which threatens a lot of mons either with pretty fast ice and ground moves or ice shard and lost it's biggest counter in the same shifts in baloon Revavroom so i wanted to make a team that's adapted to this new meta, fortunately HO is pretty good in this meta so we don't have to counter team any mon in particular, we'll just have to make sure not too much of our team members are weak to the same problem mons like Weezing galar, Quagsire and Zapdos-g, i also decided to play the pretty terrible RU ladder on a new alt to test the team and got to top 5
(proof of peak)
The Building Process

Lycanroc Dusk is a pretty basic lead, i like it a lot because i'm a big fan of fast taunt leads with stealth rock to keep hazards off your side of the field while placing your own, it also gets endeavor which is huge on leads as it makes them much more threatening, taunt also ensures the opponent can't just lead with a setup sweeper and snowball, the 44 spedef EVs are to live Slowbro's scald after the burn because it can be useful and because you don't really need that much atk, i decided to keep the defense IVs at 31 to not be put in range of things by U-turn as much and being less easily put into range of Cyclizar's rapid spin, i chose close combat as the second offensive move which can seem quite weird considering it means ghosts are fully immune to this set but our ghosts aren't really good and the opponent has no reason to lead with a ghost type since they shouldn't know you can't hit them, and it lets you threaten Cyclizard, Krookodile and Empoleon that may want to come to remove your rocks or place their own, also be careful about Jirachi as it could either try to place stealth rock in which case you should taunt or be scarf and try to flinch you with iron head in which case you should go armarouge or try to set stealth rock, if the opponent leads jirachy just look at their team and see if they have any other likely stealth rock user or other scarf speed control mon, keeping rocks off your side the field is very important to support some of HO's best sweepers so you should try to prioritize that over placing your own, also if you see the opponent lead Azelf, Kleavor or Lycanroc Day don't try to taunt them you won't stop them from placing rocks, which is pretty fine since they aren't very good leads but ladder is ladder and will use them anyways, against the rare Forretress you should make sure it's taunted so it doesn't place hazards and just spam close combat because it's insanely annoying into HO, is probably running rocky helmet which your teammates don't like and also will spam rapid spin if you try to stealth rock, you do surprisingly good damage against it too, almost 3 shotting it

Gyarados is the unusual member of the team, i wanted an offensive water for Mamoswine and from my testing Gyarados was the best, you could run full speed jolly to straight up outspeed Mamoswine but that would mean less damage and a bit less bulk, and with an 80BP stab Gyarados needs all the damage it can get, the speed is just good enough to outspeed Zapdos-G at +2, we run these speed EVs as full speed with Adamant is one point short of outspeeding base 110s scarfers at +2 but it's fine they aren't very relevant anyways, it's main appeal is it's pretty good defensive typing, good bulk and rest + chesto letting you often setup twice while also ignoring status effects like burn, poison or paralysis, tera blast flying is chosen over quake to do huge damage and to hit grass types, a very good mon against fatter structures as it can abuse defensive walls like hippowdon, weezing, chesnaught and slowbro (see
this replay as an example) and rest can surprise an opponent expecting to just revenge kill with some priority, it's also not too bad against offense as it can setup pretty easily and once the opponent's speed control is down, it can snowball pretty quickly, it's bulk also means he could take a moonblast from Gardevoir or a Brave Bird from Zapdos-g and either setup or attack them directly to beat them (252 Atk Zapdos-Galar Brave Bird vs. 60 HP / 0 Def Gyarados: 232-274 (67 - 79.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO) (252 SpA Gardevoir Moonblast vs. 60 HP / 0 SpD Gyarados: 153-180 (44.2 - 52%) -- 13.3% chance to 2HKO) it also naturally resists Slither Wing's first impression and can rest on bisharp's sucker punch meaning even offensive cores with a lot of speed control won't manage to beat him without paying a good price, do note that it hates stealth rocks a lot so try to keep them out as much as possible
so now that we have our first sweeper why not go all in and use a similar mon with a similar role and checks to wear down said checks and break teams not ready to fight two bulky ddancers?

What's more threatening than one ddancer if not two ddancers, Salamence has a similar purpose to Gyarados except it's more aggressive, it's speed is very good meaning it only needs a single dragon dance to start digging holes in the enemy team, Lum berry helps it do that as it hates getting paralyzed or burned while also letting it use outrage which is very powerful and can melt through weakened teams with relative ease as mence gets stronger and stronger with every KO, it's also nice because it can hit Goodra-H and Empoleon with earthquake for a lot of damage, preparing for a Gyarados sweep, while also enjoying gyarados's ability to beat mamo without having to tera, Salamence and Gyarados can also weaken Weezing-G for each-other, Tera Steel is good for Mamoswine's Ice Shard letting you beat it and even maybe win on the spot
like in this replay, it's also useful for Zapdos-G if you're at +1 speed, in range of a brave bird and not confident in your ability to win the speed tie coinflip, letting you setup another dragon dance or just dual wingbeat it, if you attack it directly just be careful about tera flying removing its flying weakness, dual wingbeat is also good at beating Mimikyu through it's disguise which is pretty neat, overall a very classic and reliable HO mon that fits well with Gyarados, just again, be careful about rocks
Right now what our ddancers hate the most is Weezing-G and Quagsire, so why not a mon that can switch in on them and menace them? which would be especially nice for Weezing to force chip damage on it

endure Armarouge is a very classic HO mon, comes on gweez, does a KO or two, gives the opponent paranoïa as they wonder if they should
really click that knock off or will it lose them the game, can also switch in on Slither-Wing to get the wear armor speed boost immediately and be very threatening, it can also force damage on Goodra-H which Gyarados loves and also if you're feeling brave that day, can come on a mamo's ice shard to get the speed boost and get to outspeed it, just remember that you can't one shot it from full because of thick fat and that after stealth rock it's only a 50% chance to OHKO with energy ball (43% with armor cannon), psyshock is here over the horrendous stored power of the default set because it's reliable psychic damage that does a ton to Cyclizard, what's not to love, rest of the set is pretty classic, tera ground gives twave and sand immunity which can be pretty neat, won't be able to do much against an Umbreon or a Chansey but those are pretty rare so that's fine, overall not a lot to say, it's a very popular pick for a reason, it's reliable and hard to stop and can win games on it's own, it can also take a zapdos-g brave bird and threaten it back with armor cannon and psyshock
We do have a big issue thought, we have 3 mons very weak to stealth rocks so a simple fast taunt lead is not gonna cut it, we're gonna need some removal, and what's better for offensive removal than

I was originally not fond of the mon but turns out with two physical ddancers rocky helmet users get worn down very quickly making Maushold into a very, very threatening mon, even without setup, i decided to use bullet seed over bite because our ghosts aren't very good, most except gengar already take a solid amount of damage from bullet seed and it lets you beat rocky helmet variants of Hippo, Gastrodon, Slowbro and very importantly, Quagsire, fast removal on it's own makes it worth it, it can sometimes be a good idea to just click tidy up to remove hazard and let it's teammates go crazy, even if it means losing Maushold, also, it can sometimes be worth-it to use population bomb against a Rocky Helmet Weezing if Armarouge is already down because nothing other than Arma likes to switch on a will-o-wisp and if saccing Maushold is the best option might as well remove half of Weezing's health in the process (252 Atk Technician Maushold Population Bomb (6 hits) vs. 252 HP / 120+ Def Weezing-Galar: 150-180 (44.9 - 53.8%)) after this much chip and hazards Weezing will be a pushover for Gyarados and Salamence, letting them do the cleaning
as shown in this game, it's also important to note that maushold can destroy teams on it's own, Population Bomb boosted by technician has the base power of Explosion, with the STAB (well it hits a bit harder for some reason but that's a +) and can even do huge damage to steels like Empoleon and Goodra-H, weakening them helps Armarouge and Gyarados a lot too, Encore is also a fantastic tool for revenging Mimikyu and Bisharp, which is very noteworthy for the latter as bisharp is very good into HO, or it can do some cheeky switches on anticipated status moves, overall a very powerful mon, both offensively and from a utility point of view, even if tidy up's attack boost doesn't help much and if it's a bit too fragile to consistantly live after said tidy up it's a crucial piece of the team
now all we might need is some reliable priority on a bulky mon that could tank hits from maushold for example and abuse it's teammates wearing down the physical walls which is why the last mon is

Good old bisharp, it adds some much needed revenge killing and bulk to the team that was quite lacking in that department and can both wear down physical walls like hippo and abuse them being worn down, Tera Ghost is the usual, great defensive type, very safe, gives you cool immunities to figthing and normal, lets you beat Zapdos-G, it is a 3rd mon weak to Quagsire but i think 3 answers to Quagsire (including lycanroc) should be more than most HOs and be fine for a mon that's already pretty rare and not very threatening outside of Stall, which is a matchup you have few hopes of winning anyways with HO, again like for armarouge there's not a lot to say because it's just good at everything, it can sweep weakened teams, prevent you from getting swept yourself, has great bulk and defensive value and is as reliable as it gets, it will do something every game, whether it be get a KO or win the game on it's own
Conclusion:
So that's the team, it should be pretty good into everything that isn't specific archetypes like Rain, Trick Room and Stall that are naturally broken against HO, managed to get a pretty good GXE despite half the times i laddered being completely full of rain with some trick room sprinkled on top so i'm pretty happy with the team, please leave any questions or suggestions in the comment, thank you for reading though my big bricks of unreadable text and have a nice day
