Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Cool team! I like the concept of the team -- wallbreak everything then sweep with Swampert. I do have a few suggestions for you though.
Threats at first glance:
Your team is pretty well built, I tried to find weaknesses to it and the defensive synergy is quite good for an offensive team -- the biggest problem I saw was with offensive synergy though. Suicune can set up on and threaten with a Scald burn virtually every member on your team and aside from Porygon-Z and Azelf; Arcanine's Wild Charge and Swampert's Earthquake are both 3HKOs, Crawdaunt, since it's choice locked, gets walled after the first Knock Off hit, or walled completely if it locks itself into any other move, and to make all of this worse, Metagross is completely walled (EQ does 20%) and is huge bait for Suicune, to which you have no Scald switch-in to. After Suicune gets up one Calm Mind, it can set up on Porygon-Z as well (252+ SpA Adaptability Porygon-Z Tri Attack vs. +1 252 HP / 4 SpD Suicune: 118-140 (29.2 - 34.6%)). This is a huge problem; Suicune is one of the top metagame threats and every team needs to prepare for it.
Another Water type Pokemon that annoys this team is Swampert -- It walls your Arcanine, takes very little from Metagross and Crawdaunt locked into the wrong move, and if it is able to get up a Rain Dance, it can OHKO your entire team besides your own Swampert. This makes it potentially a liability to set up your Swampert's Rain Dance if they have one as well.
Two more minor problems I found were the lack of a Fighting or Dark resist. Usually HO teams don't care about defensive synergy in terms of switch-ins, but this is important because two huge Dark/Fighting STAB spamming offenders are Hydreigon and Mienshao, and both of these Pokemon often use a Scarf set which outspeed your entire team and OHKO / 2HKO your entire team. Granted, Mega Swampert and Metagross can check both of these Pokemon after a sack, but both of them are extremely susceptible to hazards and residual damage and have no recovery, so they're really easy to weaken.
One of the two ways I suggest changing your team to deal with Suicune is Changing Porygon-Z to Whimsicott. Porygon-Z is cool, but it compounds a bunch of weaknesses on this team by having no resists and being weak to Fighting. Modest Scarf is also not really a viable set, because you miss out on outspeeding so many Pokemon like Scarf Chandelure and Gardevoir, +1 Feraligatr and Gyarados, Mega Aerodactyl and a lot more. At that point, you might as well be using a Specs set, which would make its defensive synergy issue even larger. Thus, Whimsicott is a nicer addition to the team, being able to check all of the threats I mentioned, and being able to weak check Suicune by encoring it or going for Giga Drains. It also has great momentum that offensive teams like this appreciate, and it gives you a soft Dark and Fighting resist.
The second way that you can change your team to deal with Suicune better is by changing your Crawdaunt set. Right now, your Crawdaunt can Knock Off Suicune for a lot of Damage, but then subsequently it is set up fodder for Suicune since 65 BP Knock Off does nothing. Life Orb SD + 3 Attacks Crawdaunt > Choice Band lets you set up on Suicune and essentially get a kill if you don't get burned. It's also a great way to weaken opposing Swampert checks for Swampert to sweep. It also gives you a better matchup vs more defensive teams, because while you say your team is meant to destroy stall it actually lacks a good way to break some annoying Suicune teams, the only real wallbreaker you have is Crawdaunt, and I think this set helps with that.
A change that isn't as necessary as the other two changes but is still a very beneficial one you should consider IMO is changing Metagross to Doublade. It can spinblock, check Mega Aerodactyl much better, give you another Fighting resist (to be fair, Whimsicott is a bad Fighting resist since it still takes a lot from pretty much any move without any investment) to deal with Mienshao and Heracross better, and it keeps Metagross' trait of being a switch-in to Florges, which by the way walls your current Metagross because it doesn't have Meteor Mash.
The smallest change I'm going to suggest is to change U-turn to Knock Off on Azelf. Getting rid of items off things like Suicune and other annoying defensive Pokemon is really appreciated by your team For example, Arcanine can 2HKO Suicune after rocks with no leftovers. U-turn isn't that useful because most Pokemon on your team don't want to switch into any move aside from Swampert and Doublade.

Thanks for the feedback, but my only questions is why would I opt for a jolly nature on Crawdaunt? What does it allow me to outspeed that an adamant nature does not?

Oh sorry! I actually just imported a set from an OU team of mine and changed the moves. Jolly just outspeeds a bunch of speed creeps and max speed Swampert before mega. Adamant seems like the better choice, though you can consider Jolly if you want, the biggest thing it would do is outspeed unusual speed creeping Suicune, but if they have that much of a speed creep, they're sacrificing quite a bit of bulk to where your Arcanine and Swampert deal with it more easily, etc. Plus, that speed creep is very uncommon.
