changes will be made in bold,

the plan is to lead palkia and kyogre to devastating damage and have everything else clean up after them or take down there counters and threats using the rain to the advantage of almost everything, when there threats are done, palkia and kyogre would have a clean sweep

i never liked hasty/naive deoxys, i always thought once it hit 360it was fast enough for neutral mewtwo, extremespeed kills other deoxys, ray can handle all choice scarfers and other DD rays, psycho boost is pretty much a OHKO except for ho oh/lugia and thunder takes them down,i could drop some speed EVs for attack since it cant outspeed any choice scarfers and all it needs is 360 speed, kyogre and palkia can handle jolly base 120s and up

easily capable of taking down whole teams especially after kyogre and palkia are done, it takes all status including dark void and subs, than it dark voids, dark pulse for flinch and STAB, focus blast for dialga and blissey, with bad dreams and continous focus blast blissey dies


i still have to catch palkia and ray, and with the amount of special sweepers it may seem bliss can wall everything except ray but thats not the case, water spout does over 50% damage to it, with choice specs surf can be a 2hko, dialga stalls bliss since it cant be intoxicated, ray crushes it and psycho boost + life orb wont be nice either

once the arceus event happens dialga may be replaced for the arceus extreme killer set

assuming rot means roar of time that should be removed because of its hyper beam like effect. its simple math really 2 dragon pulses will always be more powerful.(150<90+90)and be replaced brick break for the 2hko on blissey with Life orb. also go with fire blast as the last move. also modest or timid on kyogre. focus sash gets ruined easy by stealth rock so i like life orb better. Finally psycho boost is not a good attack type in ubers i would go with grass knot or shadow ball instead.

that may be true that 2 dragon pulses are more powerful but Roar of Time is only used when dialga is about to die or if it needs a OHKO, its modest with 224 attack so mixed dialga wont be as effective, psycho boost also acts like roar of time, ray is gonna come in early before stealth rock once kyogre is dead and im not sure if anything is fast enough to get stealth rock off on CS kyogre and survive, once ray is done palkia should have a clean sweep
