ok so here's my first rmt for my best team, please tell me tips!.

My Physical set up sweeper, gallade, i found this moveset and item work, but as always open to suggestions

Staraptor (M) @ Choice Band

Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Quick Attack
He's My all out attacker who takes down MEGAs!! Life Orb or CB? YTM.

Goodra (M) @ Leftovers

Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 160 Atk / 252 HP / 96 SDef
Sassy Nature
- Protect
- Dragon Tail
- Fire Blast
- Body Slam
Special Tank and spore switch in.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers

Ability: Damp
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Scald
- Ice Beam
Stealth Rocks and Bit of Everything

Regirock @ Leftovers

Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Def / 248 HP / 8 Atk
Impish Nature
- Iron Defense
- Rock Tomb
- Thunder Wave
- Power-Up Punch
Complete Physical WALL!! TW then ID for awesome tankage and trolling

Ampharos (M) @ Ampharosite

Ability: Static
EVs: 252 SAtk / 212 HP / 4 SDef / 40 Spd
Modest Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Volt Switch
- Agility
- Heal Bell
Here is the highest special attack allowed in ou, agility for speed up and heal bell for support.
