Good evening all , today is my first time making a RMT post and i would like some ratings or suggestions/opinions to help me improve in building a good team. This is my first competitive team that i've made and hopefully it is solid ?
I have 2 different teams , but mainly both teams have some similarities and similar pokemon .
Please rate my team , 3/3 - Strong , 1/1 - Shit , 0/0 - Quit Pokemon , 5/5 - Very Strong
Main team

1) GENGAR
Moveset : Hypnosis ,Sludge Bomb (To kill fairies) , Shadow Ball (Main STAB) , Destiny Bond
Items : Focus Sash
Nature : Timid (+ Speed , - Attack) or was it Jolly im not sure but basically going +Speed, -Attack
- Aiming 5/6 IVs
EVs : 252 Special Attack , Speed , 6 HP
Basically the use of Gengar will be to use hypnosis once on the enemy's most probably damaging pokemon, or status causers . Due to it's low defense and special defense , i decided to give it a Focus Sash (works hand-in-hand with Destiny bond as Gengar's speed usually is faster so it will be able to land a hit / sleep causing skill before the enemy is able to hit) but against foes like Azumarill's Aqua jet w/ Choice band / Belly drum , < which is a 1hitKO , focus sash can come in to help :) with a counter of sludge bomb or Destiny bond .
2) Azumarill
Moveset : Play Rough , Aqua Jet , Superpower , (1 more which im not sure)
Items : Choice Band
Nature : Adamant
Ability : Huge Power
EVs : 212 HP , 252 Attack , 44 Special Defense
Azumarill's priority and STAB using Aqua Jet w/ a choice band 50% damage increase will sure leave any mark on a opponent , with a little tanky build , it will withstand some hits hopefully and use moves like play rough / superpower depending on the opponent .
3) Rotom- W
Moveset : Volt switch , Hydro Pump , Trick , Will-O-Wisp
Items : Ring Target
Nature: *IM NOT SURE , PLEASE GIVE A SUGGESTION*
EVs : 220HP , 128 Special Defense , 128 Speed , Remaining on Special Attack
Rotom - W will make a good counter against water types and fire types , as well as being able to wear down Physical sweepers with Will-O-Wisp . Reason why i gave Rotom-W a Ring Target is for my Dragonite to be able to hit Fairy Types . < Will give an example. Rotom-W uses trick , the ring target is switch to an opponent's Fairy type , i can switch out into a Dragonite (Multiscale) and use outrage/dragon claw , leaving a mark on ANY fairy types . Rotom-W main STAB will be volt switch and hydro pump , to counter the types .
4) Dragonite
Moveset : Dragon Dance , Fire Blast , Roost , Outrage/Dragon Claw
Items : Weakness Policy
Nature : Adamant
Ability : Multiscale
EVs : 6 HP , 252 Attack , 252 Speed
Dragonite with weakness policy and multiscale gives a great advantage. Most skills wont be able to 0KO a Dragonite with Multiscale on (Unless stealth rock ....) and if opponent uses a SE skill against dragonite , Weakness policy activates and chances of 0-KO a pokemon which isn't resistant is high. Multiscale also ensures a free Dragon Dance set-up . Roost can also be used to play around with the enemy :)
Fire blast will add coverage to the overall team .
5) Tyranitar
Moveset : Stealth Rock , Crunch , Dragon Dance , Stone Edge
Items : Focus Sash (Ensure Stealth Rock activates)
Nature : Careful
EVs : 252HP , 76 Attack , 180 Special Defense
Tyranitar is basically my tank for my team and set-up with Stealth Rocks.
Main STAB Crunch and a Dragon Dance after boosted will pack damage , Stone Edge as well to counter annoying fire types such as Mega Blaziken (Uber) .
6) Mega Pinsir
Moveset : Swords Dance , Earthquake , X-Scizzors , Quick Attack
Items : Pinsirite
Nature : Adamant
EVs : 252 Attack , 252 Speed , 6 Defense
My new favourite , With the ability Moxie , send in a normal Pinsir , using Quick attack can grab a revenge kill and with ability moxie which increases attack by 1 stage , will do good . After moxie activates , i can mega-evolve to give it an even bigger boost to pinsir and from a normal type to change into an flying type as well . Quick Attack can KO most sweepers if used properly , Earthquake to take care of tanks like tyranitar and swords dance to boost damage even higher.
This is my 1st team and i hope you guys will give some opinions... Thanks :)

Moveset : Aqua Jet , Belly Drum , Superpower , Play Rough

Nature : Adamant
EVs : 212 HP , 252 Attack , 44 Special Defense
Sitrius berry usually saves me and allows me to use Belly drum which maxes my Attk and with a aqua jet , can literally KO / 90% damage to MOST pokemon . Figuring this will be a good set up :)
3) Tyranitar
Same as Team 1 < sorry :) please refer from there .
4) Dragonite
Same as Team 1 , Only difference is that instead of fire blast , i decided to put in Thunder Punch (To kill threats to my team like Azumarills and water types) .
5) Scizor
Ability : Technician
Moveset : U-Turn , Bullet punch , Superpower , Pursuit
Items : Choice Band
EVs : 200HP , 58 Attack , 252 Special Defense
My sole Fairy Killer , no need to worry about faries with Scizor , Bullet Punch STAB priority , KO-ing most fairy types :) and with choice band and technician , allowing it to be a scout as well as deal damage before dying .
6) Mega Charizard Y
Ability : Drought
Moveset : Flamethrower , Solar Beam , Air Slash , Dragon Pulse
Item : Charizardite Y
EVs : 252 Special attack , 252 Speed , 6 HP
Nature : Modest
My Bread and Butter , My love for pokemon started all with Charizard. I'll never replace him in any team and with the new implementation of Mega Evolving with it's hidden ability Drought , it serves its purpose. With Drought , increases Fire type moves and decreases Water type moves , leaving charizard able to survive a few water threats and with a solarbeam , KO-ing most water types (With drought , solarbeam is no longer needed to charge) . Drought+Fire Stab will prove it a formidable Fire King , outshining Blaziken possibly with its ability. As a flying type too , skills like earthquake do not work on
him.
