Manectric isn't that great of a lead. It isn't particularly fast and isn't particularly strong, has crap defenses, and doesn't have anything to mess up other leads (weather, Intimidate, sleep moves, etc).
Gengar and Azelf outspeed you and Bronzong easily survives a Flamethrower and KOs you with Earthquake. Plus, all the Choice Scarfers beat you.
Jolteon makes a much better Electric lead.
Why are you using Shuckle outside of a Sandstorm team? Shuckle works best when it has a HUGE SDef boost from Sand. Also, it's needs Knock Off. Otherwise, it's dead weight.
You could easily replace it with another wall. Anything would be better.
Hidden Power Ice, Grass, or Electric can work well on Heatran. Dark Pulse is useless. Use Explosion.
