hydro pump
ice beam
rapid spin
recover

good old starmie, beats so many leads, and can rapid spin away hazards to boot. you'll notice I'm missing thunderbolt, this is because i wouldn't use it against any leads, and i like recover in case I run into stall, I can rapid spin.

roar/explosion/earth power
part 1 of a fire/water/grass core. alot going on with this set, i can run shuca berry if i mispredict against earthquake and to bluff the scarf set, or leftovers to increase longevity, and to bluff his sub sets. fire blast and stealth rock are mandatory, but I don't need earth power that much, and both roar and explosion are useful, roar to phaze, and explosion for like blissey. not i run timid even with explosion, since its sole purpose is to take out stuff like blissey, which KO's anyway. help with heatran's last 2 moves would be appreciated

slowbro@leftovers
bold
252 def, 252 hp, 4 spD
surf
psychic
thunder wave
slack off

bulky water for my core, counters machamp perfectly, as well as threats like dragonite, gyarados, infernape, and azelf, and can spread thunder wave. not much more to say.

torterra@leftovers
impish
212 hp, 252 def, 44 spD
wood hammer
earthquake
leech seed
protect

my bulky grass for the core, leech seed and protect is beastly, as is stab wood hammer and earthquake. I get a leftover number, and great defenses, and still have decent attack, especially with these 2 dangerous options to choose from

togekiss@leftovers
modest
252 hp, 196 spe, 60 spA
air slash
roost
heal bell
toxic

ironically, togekiss is my zapdos check. Zapdos is like impossible to deal with without running blissey, tyranitar, or snorlax, and none of them fit on this team, so I'll attempt to hinder it with toxic. the EV's allow me to outspeed it when its running its standard 32 speed EV's, which means I can toxic, survive thunderbolt, and roost to take away my electric weakness for the turn, stall it and force it to switch, and with sr up, it won't live very long. also keeps status from stopping my team

dragonite@leftovers
adamant
252 hp, 52 atk, 204 spe
dragon claw
earthquake
roost
dragon dance
since my core relies on switches from both sides, its easy to scout the opponents team, avoid threats like weavile, mamoswine, skarmory, and bronzong, then wait for the perfect time to bring dragonite in, dd or weaken a counter, then either sweep with 1 dd if possible, use my bulk to get another dd in, or semi sweep by killing 1-2 pokes, then switching out and waiting for my next chance to sweep.
