Okay. I just made a really great team on PO but had to remove it from my computer (I don't have a gaming one). I'll try to remember. Rate, comment, critique!

Dragonite (Leftovers)
200 Sp. Atk/196 Spe/114 Atk
Rash Natured
Superpower/Extremespeed
T-Bolt
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower

Your standard mixnite, except with Dragon Claw instead of Draco Meteor. I've seen Dragonite being used creatively lately, and wanted to follow that mold.

Suicune (Leftovers)
252 Spe/252 Sp. Attack
Timid Natured
Ice Beam
Surf
Calm Mind
Reflect

Originally had a more standardized EV spread. I prefer Reflect over HP Electric. Hard to explain why.

Metagross (Leftovers)
202 Spe/56 Sp. Def/252 Atk.
Rash Natured
Earthquake
Bullet Punch
Grass Knot
Light Screen

Mixgross. I like Light Screen. Bullet Punch for Priority. Earthquake for massive damage.

Snorlax (Choice Band)
252 Atk/252 Sp. Def
Thick Fat
Careful Natured
Seed Bomb
Return
Earthquake
Fire Punch

Seed Bomb for Swampert. Fire Punch for scizor. The other two for everyone else.

Gengar (Petaya Berry)
Substitute
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Energy Ball

A novel Gengar. No, it can't beat Scizor.

Machamp (Leftovers)
Adamant nature
252 HP/252 Atk
No Guard
Dynamic Punch
Earthquake
Fire Punch
Payback

I forgot the last one. Machamp was the stock one. Any better ideas?
Thank you for your consideration!

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Take a look at the RMT archive to see what kind of descriptions we are looking for. PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock this thread. Also note that your Gengar has no nature and EVs.
