[RMT] - A New Look.

Overview of the Team
Well I've changed this team many times and I think I finally have something that may be at least decent. I tried to use OUs, but put a little spin on some of them.

Gengar@Leftovers
Hasty/252 Sp.Atk 252 Spe 4 Atk

Hypnosis
Substitute
ShadowBall
Focus Punch
I don't really like the Acc of Focus Blast, since it never hits when you need it to >_> plus Focus Punch and Shadow Ball covers everything out there. You lose the ability to counter Gyara, but you can still do some damage with ShadowBall. A good wall breaker

Jirachi@Leftovers
Impish/240 HP 214 Def 56 Atk

Zen Headbutt
Wish
U-Turn
Protect
The main supporter of the team. It provides Wish support for itself and the other ones who may need it on the team. I chose to dump the Speed EVs into Def b/c I'd rather sacrifice Speed for Defense since the teams needs some defensive help. Esp. for Garchomp. It can also help sometimes since the opposing attacks Jirachi before the U-turn I can get the pokemon I'm u-turning to in safely. Protect for scouting and avoiding damage when wishing.

Salamence@Choice Specs
Modest/252 Sp.Atk 252 Spe 4 HP

Draco Meteor
Dragon Pulse
Flamethrower
Hydro Pump
One of my gyara counters since I don't have thunderbolt on Gengar. Usually the only counter is Blissey.

dpmba080.png

Slowbro@Leftovers
Bold/212 HP 252 Def 44 Sp.Atk

Slack Off
Ice Beam
Surf
Hidden Power(Electric)/Reflect
My other Gyara counter in case he gets a few DDs in or it carries ice fang, but mostly the counter for Garchomp since they are running around everywhere these days. This spot once belonged to Starmie, but Slowbro is the same thing just without Rapid Spin.

Heracross@Choice Band
Adamant/104 HP 252 Atk 152 Spe

Close Combat
Megahorn
Pursuit
Stone Edge
The physical version of Salamence, basically the other hard hitter of the team. Pursuit to catch the fleeing pokemon. He loves burns.

Blissey@Leftovers
Bold/152 HP 252 Def 104 Sp.Atk

Softboiled
Seismic Toss
Stealth Rock
Ice Beam
Well...you know what Blissey does. Not the best SRer, but she'll have to do.

Gyarados, Garchomp, Heracross and Lucario will hurt you. In fact, your Starmie will scare Infernape away, but because your Starmie's slow, it can actually take you down effectively.

Changing Starmie's EVs and adding Thunderbolt will cover Gyarados and Infernape. The EVs are 172 HP / 216 Speed / 120 special attack, Timid nature.

Salamence can't hold off Lucario or Heracross well, especially without Wish support, and even then it isn't a solid counter. Are you for replacing a Pokemon on your team to aide such?

First of all, I see a very bad Garchomp weakness, even if you run Ice Beam on Starmie, because Choice Scarf Variants beat it, and everything else on your team. You might want to consider dropping Starmie for Slowbro as it can take most kinds of Garchomp. Rapid Spin doesn't help your team that much, as you only have one Stealth Rock weakness and one pokemon who is negatively effected by Toxic Spikes, Heracross can actually use them to his advantage.

Swords Dancing Weavile also gives this team a problem, as Jirachi's U-Turn I'm pretty sure doesn't OHKO, but Weavile's Night Slash is a 2HKO. Infernape also can cause some problems with Grass Knot, HP [Ice], Close Combat and Fire Blast. Only Starmie can beat it, but it can't switch in on predicted Grass Knots. To deal with these two weaknesses, the closest counter is a Gyarados. Try out Gorm's bulky Rest-Talker.

Is there something you had in mind?

You will need alot lot more Attack Evs if you want to use this effectively as a surprise physical focus puncher. I think you need 136 with a life orb in order to do 50% damage on 252/252 Blissy. So you mind as well scrap the FP idea.

Garchomp kinda eats this team out backwards. The only thing that out speeds it is your lead, which is kida a suicide killer lead, plus it can't even OHKO it. Switching in Starmie wont work on a CB Outrage, and Salamance is to slow.

Actually you only need a neutral nature and Life orb to 2HKO Blissey, and even if that doesn't work I have other ways of taking care of Blissey.

And yes I have a major Garchomp problem, so what if I replace it with Slowbro? Is that fine? (I added it in the edit).
