RMT: All around (Damage) team

I really like the damage on my teams, being able to drop someone down with a mix of different attacks that i provide to my team, in the past things like Stealth rock or High defensive water types were my doom, that's why i created this mix up of damage - type team, please rate and comment how good or bad it is, specially on the items section, i don't plan on using any legendaries.

Team (Iv showed as Ps/Atk/Def/SAtk/SDef/Spd, being x a random iv i didn't calculated because it wasn't necessary)

Excadrill (F)
Item: Focus Band
Ability: Mold Breaker
Iv: 31/31/31/x/31/31
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Hp
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Eartquake
- Rock Slide

Starter of my team, normally i lead with this guy using some stealth rock and having enough speed and damage to make as much damage as possible if there is a change from the opponent, if not, focus band would come on handy, if everything goes correctly with stealth rock and i'm afraid of loosing my rapid spiner, i go for gengar because of earth and fight being excadrill's main threats.

Gengar (M)
Item: Gengarite
Ability: Levitate
Iv:31 31/x/31/31/31/31
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Energy Ball
- Dazzling Gleam

This is my special machine, all his attacks are a mix of types that gengar gets benefit from thanks to his high special attack, trained with enough speed to use his awesome base special attack (even more with his mega) and options to kill his resistances and weaknesses

Blaziken (M)
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
Iv: 31/31/31/x/31/31
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Hp
Nature: Adamant
- Sky Uppercut
- Brave Bird
- Blitz Flare
- Protect

My Physical machine, all his setup is made for a 1hitko on the situations i need him, such as going against a tank that i can hit 1x or someone really defensive that a even a normal 2x hit wouldn't be enough, the though on protect was to give him a free speed boost to ensure the hit or burn some time for trick room users.

Aegislash(M)
Item: No idea on this one :/
Ability: Stance Change
Iv: 31/31/31/x/31/0
EVs: 252 Hp / 128 Def / 128 SDef
Adamant Nature
- King's Shield
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword
- Sword Dance

This is the guy made to resist and make himself strong enough for the difficult situations, as i said stealth rock was my main threath and this guy is made to resist that and more, i put him on hp, def and sdef training and no atk at all, that's why i put him sword dance, i really don't know what item is better for aegislash.

Greninja
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Protean
Iv:31 31/x/31/31/31/31
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 Hp
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Spikes / U-turn
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam

This one was the one i had most troubles with, normally the water types are my weakness in terms of battling with and against them, i needed this guy to help myself with the water + ice + dark coverage i have on him, spikes were mainly thanks to his ability to help him change to earth and resist an electric move, also bringing a handy set of spikes to mix them with stealth rock, the other options for this is U-turn but i would be pretty much force to switch to gengar and aegislash and it could go wrong in some situations.

Dragonite (F)
Item: Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
Iv: 31/31/31/x/31/31
EVs: 252 Atk / 252Spd / 4Hp
Adamant Nature
- Dragon dance
- Fire Punch
- Outrage
- Ice Punch

Last but not least, my anti dragon machine, with a mix of fire and ice punches to help out on his weaknesses, also Multiscale + Weakness Policy + Dragon dance setup to pretty much 1hitko anything i need to, nothing else to say about this guy, i was thinking on making him a bit less damaging on ev and tankier on Def and SDef, but i want opinions on that part.

Any comment is really appreciated, please feel free to agree or disagree on anything about it because this is one of the first times i make a competitive team and as i said my though process was the damage.

Thanks.

Bump, please i just need opinions if this is too offensive, the ev is good enough and if there is a good coverage on the types.

Mega Gengar and blaziken are both banned to Ubers.

Considering it has been a month now, it is still baffling to see how people have missed the memo. Unless this is an ubers team. Good luck making this team work in an environment of Mewtwos and Rayquaza.

These hyper offense teams really benefit from having dual screens set up. I would recommend swapping out gengar for espeon (or cresellia or uxie), running a light clay dual screens bulky build. The screens are necessary for your pokemon to survive long enough to set up with swords dance/dragon dance, and trying to run this sort of team without screen support is really tough. I would switch blazekin with mega-charizard (either variant, I think you would benefit more from the Y version though, since you already have dragonite).

I knew mega blaziken was banned, wasn't sure if blaziken still was that's why i didn't considered the blazikenite, on mega gengar side i didn't knew at all that it was banned, does still applies to normal gengar? if so i would like some opinions on what to change for both these ones, thanks for the advice tough.

I like the mega charizard idea, and i would like to know if a dual screen klefki would work, i know i have a 2 steel types already, but i'm pretty sure that with the dual screen it would be able to resist its weaknesses, thanks for the comment btw.

Dual screen klefki would work, and having prankster thunder wave is nice as well. Normal gengar isn't banned, and is still just as lethal as he was last gen, so feel free to use him (although he is more revenge killer than set up sweeper, you could consider placing klefki in this spot. As I said before, I would replace blazekin with mega charizard

I totally like the idea, thanks for the help, also some quick questions, you think aegislash ev training is ok? does klefki needs something like him?, the item on aegislash is another thing i can't decide :)

For an item on Aegislash I would say leftovers to increase his survivability. You could go life orb too I guess, but with the swords dance boost I doubt you'll need it as much. For a klefki EV spread you could go mixed wall like with aegislash, in a traditional team you would want a physical wall and a special wall both with maxed defensive/special defensive EV's but I suppose for this teams purposes you just want him to be as generally bulky as possible. For aegislash EV's I would consider running 252 attack instead of the bulk. Your dual screens and leftovers should give you plenty of survivability; you need to punch holes in things too!

Focus Sash> Focus Band. Also, Excadrill is generally an awful lead, and as the other guy said, dual screens Klefki is a way better option. In fact, just put an Air Balloon on Excadrill instead, since his man function as a spinner means hes coming into hazards, which means he'll lose the sash. So Air Balloon>Focus Sash/Band
