Supportive healer
  1. Sylveon (F) @ Leftovers
  2. Ability: Pixilate
  3. EVs: 252 HP / 32 Def / 224 SpD
  4. Bold Nature
  5. - Hyper Voice
  6. - Heal Bell
  7. - Wish
  8. - Protect

this little fella is my healer and remove status effects from mates. She is special wall too and takes special attacks pretty good as long they are not poison or steel type moves.

I chose bold nature so she can take some physical attacks. So this is used like normally supportive sylveons is done. I chose protect instead of toxic beacuse it has very good effect in competitive mach ups to figure out atleast some of enemy moves and you can then change little bit your strategy more effectively.

stallbreaker
  1. Mew @ Leftovers
  2. Ability: Synchronize
  3. EVs: 252 HP / 224 SpD / 32 Spe
  4. Jolly Nature
  5. - Knock Off
  6. - Taunt
  7. - Will-O-Wisp
  8. - Roost

As title say, this mew had been created to wreck stall and setup pokemons. My little cute pink alien will stop most annoying stallers and take on very effectively few other physical attackers with will-o-wisp.
its Jolly and 32 speed beacuse it can outspeed adamant scizor but i understand that people runs more jolly scizors with SD but its always worth to shot

  4. Jolly Nature
  5. - Return
  6. - Dragon Dance
  7. - Earthquake
  8. - Roost

My physical sweeper with d dance. there is no other things to say about this cute fairy type dragon. very risky to use but it can be very strong if used in right situations or you get hell good setup out.

supportive Stealth rocker
  1. Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers/focus sash
  2. Ability: Intimidate
  3. EVs: 252 HP / 32 Atk / 220 Def / 4 SpD
  4. Adamant Nature
  5. - Knock Off
  6. - Stealth Rock
  7. - Earthquake
  8. - Stone Edge

Havent yet decided item to use for this guy. But its setups stealth rocks, helps mew to knock off items off from pokemons and can be used in physical offensive ways. Its good to check most annoying physical sweepers that cannot kill him

special attacker
  1. Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
  2. Ability: Levitate
  3. EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
  4. Calm Nature
  5. - Hydro Pump
  6. - pain split
  7. - Volt Switch
  8. - Will-O-Wisp

I needed somekind special attacker and rotom was first that came in mind. He can check talonflame as example that my team couldnt normally handle well. Rotom is good for will-o-wisp and painsplit combo which makes enemy team pokemons weaker and helps a lot to my other pokemons take out enemy sweepers.

Hey man interesting team (I like Mega Altaria teams a lot). There are a few suggestions I have in mind to help a little.
- Switch the Def and SDef EVs on your Sylveon. This makes your Sylveon much more bulkier and lessens the worry of Physical attackers switching in on you. Plus Char-Y 2HKOs Sylveon regardless so might as well make it able to take Physical hits. Don't worry it can still take Special hits well.
-Speaking of Char-Y it is a big threat to your team. It can 2HKO or OHKO your entire team. The only answer you kinda have to it is Lando which OHKOs it with Stone Edge. However it cant switch in on it without the risk of being OHKOed.
252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Landorus-T in Sun: 375-442 (98.1 - 115.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
With this in mind I would do consider the following. I suggest you replace Rotom with Latios. Latios is a better Special Attacker and is a Defog user which your team lacks and could used with Altaria. Heatran already checks Talonflame so swapping out Rotom isn't too bad. Latios also handles Char-Y pretty well so this helps with that.
- You do need someone to sponge Physical hits so my suggestion is to switch Lando with a Defensive set. This gives you a bulky Stealth Rock is better at checking Physical threats.
- I would consider an offensive Heatran instead of a defensive one. Lando is better at Defense than Heatran so why not make Heatran offensive? You still check Scizor, Ferrothorn, and Talonflame so its not a bad idea.
(I don't know how to do a spoiler thing so I'll leave the sets below.)

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: Hp 29
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock

- Defog

an issue I see with this team is a lack of speed. you have no pokémon faster than anything over positive 74 base speed. to give you an example of why this is problematic, consider Manaphy. once she grabs a Tail Glow on something like Landorus-T, you have very little to stop the standard Scald / Ice Beam / Energy Ball Manaphy from doing serious damage. other threats like Gengar pose similar issues because of the team's lack in speed. one recommendation to address the above is using Serperior over Sylveon. you have Mega Altaria and Mew to cover nearly everything Sylveon is checking defensively, making her redundant. Serperior will provide your team with some welcome speed, a bit of extra offensive power and a way to tackle your Manaphy problem.

adding Serperior won't solve the speed issue alone. you'd appreciate a back up to revenge other various speedy threats in a pinch. I recommend changing Landorus-T over to a Scarfer. defensively, Landorus-T covers things like Excadrill, Charizard-X and some fighting types. however, between Rotom-W, Altaria and Mew you already have those things covered. this gives you the flexibility to assign Landorus-T the role of a Scarfer to further address the speed issue your team possesses. gives you something faster than the newly released Hoopa-U too. here are the sets I recommend for both Serperior and Landorus-T.
Serperior @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power Fire
- Giga Drain

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off
- U-turn

Superpower can be used over Knock Off but I like the dark coverage to make Gengar less threatening to the team.
Heatran: with Landorus-T becoming Scarfed, you lose your SRer. as such, I'd change Heatran to the classic SR setter: Lava Plume / Taunt / Toxic / Stealth Rock with Calm, Leftovers and 252 HP / 8 SpD / 248 Spe to retain good bulk and be faster than speedy offensive Mega Scizor, who your team has trouble with. Earth Power is an option over Taunt if you want something to damage Heatran but losing out on beating things like Clefable 1v1 is big.

Altaria
: you lose a cleric by removing Sylveon for Serperior. to make up for this I would use Heal Bell over Earthquake. Earthquake isn't needed on this team because you handle Heatran well already, especially with Mew luring in and removing her Leftovers with Knock Off. I would also bump up Altaria's bulk with this change. you need her to be as durable as possible to handle things like Charizard-Y. try 248 HP / 16 Atk / 244 Spe. you retain good power with Adamant, gain nice bulk and have enough speed for things like Weavile after +1. with Heal Bell, you can also use Cloud Nine instead of Natural Cure to ignore weather effects.

Mew
: I recommend 252 HP / 104 SpD / 152 Spe with Careful over your current spread. you gain 6 more speed points and retain identical special defense, 288 compared to your current 292.

Rotom-W
: I'd switch this to a physical defensive variant to maximize her potential. Rotom-W typically finds herself dealing with physical threats rather than special ones, like Excadrill, Talonflame, Landorus-T and Azumarill. with Landorus-T becoming a Scarfer and losing bulk, this change is even more advisable. 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe with Bold works nicely.
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 8 SpD / 248 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Taunt / Earth Power

Altaria @ Altarianite
Ability: Cloud Nine
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Atk / 244 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Return
- Heal Bell
- Roost

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 104 SpD / 152 Spe
Careful Nature
- Soft-Boiled
- Will-O-Wisp
- Knock Off
- Taunt

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp

I don't see any use for Sylveon, all it does is provide set up opportunities for your opponents, Mew and Heatran offer way more team support than Sylveon. Rotom-W is equally as useless since Lando-T + Heatran are better checks to Flying spam, plus Landorus-T is a great defensive mon that can check most things and with the help of Mew spreading burns, Landorus-T's job is much easier. I recommend using Choice Specs Keldeo instead of Sylveon to help break things open for Mega Altaria. It's a powerful wallbreaker that rips Altarias most common checks, Keldeo doesn't need much explanation. I would move the spdef EVs on Mew to def to better check powerful threats like Mega Metagross and Mega Lopunny. Now that you have Keldeo + Landorus-T it really isn't necessary to run Earthquake on Altaria, you should use Heal Bell > Earthquake to rid it of any status ailments it should receive when boosting, it can also use Heal Bell to rid teammates of ailments as well. A bulkier spread also helps when setting up as well as help the team against Keldeo and other special attacking behemoths. 248 HP / 136 Def / 96 SpD / 28 Spe should be enough.

If you want heatran to be able to check mon's like Scizor and Bisharp then you should increase it's speed instead of unnecessarily moving EVs to defense, this way Heatran doesn't have to take a hit before KOing them with Lava Plume. Taunt > Flash Cannon is also helpful, without investment Flash Cannon won't do much to Azumarill or Clefable, Altaria and Diancie will just outspeed and KO Heatran with Earthquake and Earth Power respectively, so Flash Cannon is pretty useless. Taunt would help it prevent both Ferrothorn and Skarmory from laying down hazards, removing hazards, or using any other status move. Leftovers > Air Balloon because the 1/16th recovery does help avoid a few KOes. Give Landorus-T 8 spdef EVs to avoid the 2HKO from HP ice from Mega Manectric at full HP, it's a small change but it's definitely useful. After a second look, keeping Rotom-W as a last doesn't seem bad since the team benefits from its ice, water, ground, and flying resistances. I would definitely change the EVs to the smogon suggested pivot set (248 HP 216 Def 44 Spe) though. Hope I helped a bit, hopefully after these changes the team is better equipped to handle the metagame.
