RMT Attempt at Hyper Offense

Here's my Hyper offense team That i build. I would like any ideas, opinions and positive criticism about this team.

Deoxys-Defense @ Red Card
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Spikes
- Magic Coat
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave

Role: Lead

This Deoxys is my main lead for this team as are most Deoxys's are for hyper offense. Stealth rocks and spikes are my hazard entries. Thunder wave is to slow down and cripple most pokemon in terms of speed and helps against potential sweepers so it can be easier to revenge kill them. I choose magic coat over taunt because magic coat helps counter status moves and also helps against most lead pokemon set up and anti lead pokemon that uses moves such as taunt so deoxys haves a better chance at setting up entry hazard.

Excadrill @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake

Role: Hazard Remover/Physical Attacker

Excadrill main role is to remove any hazards you have on your side of the field with rapid spin. The air balloon helps covers one of its major weakness and stop it from being affected by spikes and cant be slowed down by sticky webs when it comes in. Iron head is mostly to deal with fairy types because of Steel Typing, The Fact That its a STAB move for Excadrill, Excadrill's high 135 base Attack and that Iron head has 30% chance to flinch your opponent every time it make contacts if it goes first. Because of Mold Breaker Excadrill can 2HKO defensive Rotom-w even if it gets burned by will-o-wisp after the first Earthquake. Also rock slide is to have coverage over most flying types.

Mawile @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate -> Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Fire Fang
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance

Role:Mega/Physical sweeper

This Meg-Mawile is my teams main sweeper. Its pretty much the standard set with Fire Fang instead of Iron Head. Intimidate helps cripple physical sweepers/attackers before mega evolution. Its typing is great for switching in against dragon type pokemon. Fire fangs helps against steel types that usually wall Mega-Mawile such as Ferrothorn and Skarmory. Sword dance is to increase its already massive attack when it's in mega form. Sucker Punch is for priority against pokemon that's faster than Mega-Mawile.

Role: Special Sweeper

Greninja is the special sweeper of the team because of its massive type coverage and Its protean ability which gives all his move STAB Boost.Extrasensory is added so it can counter Mega Venusaur. Greninja can 2HKO Specially defensive Mega Venusaur with Extrasensory.0 SpA Mega Venusaur Sludge Bomb vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Greninja: 153-180 (53.4 - 62.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO. Ice Beam from this Greninja is guaranteed to 1HKO adamant Multiscale Dragonite. 252 SpA Life Orb Protean Greninja Ice Beam vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Multiscale Dragonite: 328-385 (101.2 - 118.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance
- ExtremeSpeed

Role: Physical Sweeper

Dragonite is one the team because of its offensive pressure, its bulk and Multiscale ability and because It counters both Talonflame and Thundurus-I. Because of its Lum berry and Multiscale It haves the ability to counter both Talonflame and Thundurus-I with the Dragon Claw + Extremespeed Combo since Dragon Claw does massive damage to both Pokes and extremespeed out speed both Talonflame's Gale wings ability and Thundurus-I's Prankster Ability. Even if Thundurus-I uses Thunder Wave the Lum berry cures it and then extreme speed still out speeds its prankster ability

252+ Atk Dragonite Dragon Claw vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Talonflame: 195-231 (65.4 - 77.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Dragonite Extreme Speed vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Talonflame: 130-154 (43.6 - 51.6%) -- 10.2% chance to 2HKO

Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- U-turn
- Tailwind
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz

Role: Revenge Killer/Tailwind Support

Talonflame's main job Job is to Revenge kill/Sweep up Most of the Pokemon it can that doesn't Counter it. I Chose Adamant over the usual Jolly Set to get more damage and didn't think i would be necessary for more speed because It already has Gale wings as an ability. Also i choose tailwind just in case it could kill a Pokemon buy if i had another Pokemon in back that can still kill it Tailwind will help the other Pokemon to out speed it.

So again This is my Hyper Offensive team. And any thoughts, opinions, positive criticisms and ideas for changes would be appreciated.

Some changes
Deo-D: I would use Taunt over Magic Coat for easier predictions. Plus if you Magic Coat you have to do it again instead of setting up Spikes
Excadrill: Great
Mawile: Good
Greninja: I'll replace Extrasensory for U-Turn. Mega Venesaur is less common and is handled well. U-Turn helps gains momentum and can potentially start a sweep
Dragonite: Good, Outrage can be used for power but your choice :)
Talonflame: Great, good use of Tailwind :)
