RMT Balanced Power(OU)

This is my OU team in Shoddy that made it as high as #6 on the official server 2 months ago. But this team seems worn out for the current metagame and need some changes. I had to deeply rely on prediction and my physical sweepers to win.

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Guts
EVs: 104 HP/252 Atk/152 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Sleep Talk

My lead. It OHKO or 2OHKO anything that doesn't resist its attacks. It is also my answer to sleep-inducing leads and users.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 168 HP/220 Spd/120 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Recover

I needed a fast, spinner to rid of spikes and Starmie is my answer. It is also my counter to Infernape and such.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/36 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Reflect
- Leech Seed
- Recover
- Grass Knot

My utility pokemon and answer to the many dders or sders. I chose celebi to be in this team because it just doesn't die!

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 216 HP/252 Def/40 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Softboiled
- Sing
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss

Yea.... the fat whore. I always wanted her to retire, but her singing allures me. Also, I like her sponginess against special sweepers. I chose sing over T-wave because I needed a sleep-inducer and sing is underrated. Love it to see when sing hits a crucial part of a opponent's team.

Garchomp (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Fire Fang
- Dragon Claw

Another CB user. I opted for CB because not many ppl expect CBchomp and Outrage ohko or 2ohkos anything that doesn't resist it.

Hippowdon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

My physical wall. This thing is sure getting old and I would love to replace it. But initially i chose Hippodown because of its tanking ability, but lately i just can't seem to get it in anymore. Also, I barely need to phaze these days and I think this team is capable of taking on BP teams w/o roar.

Threat List:

Tyranitar-
Hippodown, best counter for it.
Gyarados- Celebi, set up reflect owned. If taunted, it take hits well.
Infernape- Starmie
Azelf- Blissey, but if it NP and I keep missing sing. I'm owned.
Electivire- Hippodown
Heracross- Real Problem... but if it CC, Celebi.
Salamence- Phy.- Hippodown. Sp.- Blissey.
Togekiss- Blissey.
Gengar- Blissey
Garchomp- Celebi, Starmie, Hippo takes on CS well.
Lucario- A pain if it SD on the switch, but hippodown is able to take a hit.
Starmie- Blissey, Celebi
Weavile- another pain, but unCB ice punches- Hippodown
Dugtrio- Hippodown, Celebi
PorygonZ- Blissey
Machamp- Hippodown, Celebi
Snorlax- Celebi, Hippodown
Zapdos- Blissey
Suicune- Blissey
Breloom-
Heracross, Starmie, Celebi
Slaking- Hippodown
Ninjask- Hippodown
Metagross- Boosted Meteor Mash hurts.. Hippodown
Heatran- Blissey, Starmie most of the time, Garchomp
Jirachi- Garchomp, Hippodown, CM- SingBliss
Dragonite- Hippodown
Mamoswine- Starmie, Hippodown(No Blizzard)
Gallade- Like Heracross... pain
Yanmega- Blissey
Kingdra- Blissey
Roserade- Blissey
Scizor-
Hippodown
Deoxys-S- hard time dealing with it. Deoxys and Gliscor forced me rethink another team

Gliscor can replace Hippowdon

Gliscor @ Leftovers
252HP / 4Atk / 252Def
Impish
Earthquake
Aerial Ace
Ice Fang
Roost

This can counter most of the things you would counter with Hippowdon. It laughs in the faces of the fighting Pokemon you mentioned as troublesome and Ice Fang helps you counter physical dragons. Weavile, Mamoswine, and Elective become harder to counter and you lose the sandstorm but your team doesn't seem to be abusing it anyway.

Edit: You could, of course, put Stealth Rock over Aerial Ace or Ice Fang like the standard set if you want to keep it.

Hippowdon may be boring, but it is effective and helps lay down SS, giving Garchomp some evasion and help negating lefties.

You're a bit Weavile weak and it seems like Skarmory could give you a hard time. You don't have an SR weakness, Toxic Spikes doesn't bother your team that much (3 Natural Cure, 1 Guts), and Spikes isn't all that common. If you removed Rapid Spin you could fit T-Bolt, which would help against Gyara and Skarmory.

I always thought of Gliscor to replace Hippodown and true SS is not very essential to this team, although i loved it negating leftovers recovery from my opponent. I will take Gliscor into consideration.

I don't think i will opt for t-bolt on starmie because i did b4 and having celebi in the team kinda negates starmie using t-bolt especially for Gyara. Surf 2ohkos Skarmory and thats ok for me.

I desperately want a replacement for Bliss though... if anyone wants to suggest. Not snorlax please, i want a sweeper that could fit in this team.

Like it was said, Gliscor over Hippo should fix you up, that's much about it. Heatran is a pretty good replacement for Blissey, the RestTalk version, capable of handling Azelf and Gengar, and Celebi + Heatran make an amazing combo with handy resistances, the moveset should be in the main page of smogon. I'm guessing Heracross is the Weavile and Mamoswine fixer here, so keep it. Sorry for this shitty post, this is just a suggestion.

Thanks for the idea of Heatran. I really wanted a steel in this team, but it would leave me with heatran weakness(Heatran is a good solution.) I'll test some of the suggestions i like including gliscor and heatran.

If I replace Blissey with Heatran, won't it leave me more vulnerable to the likes of Suicune.

Any other suggestions, feel free
