Unfortunately, I cannot get Outrage for Garchomp. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also what should I do against Double Teamers, as well as my doubt on Latias' Grass Knot.

Analysis: Gengar is basically there to sweep as well as taking down first Pokemon, if HP is low, Destiny Bond the second. Sash-work.

With Soul Dew, Latias can do some Special sweeping as well as special tanking, recovering any HP losses.

Garchomp can take any upcoming Thunder Waves and physical sweep, kill stuff with SD (if it gets a chances) and STAB Earthquake and Dragon Claw.

Big Question: What should I do with this...
Weavile: Focus Sash HP 145/Atk 172/Def 85/S.Atk 58/S.Def 105/Spe 194 Night Slash, Ice Punch, Aerial Ace, Brick Break
when that comes up... >_>

Just so you know, Soul Dew doesn't work in Battle Tower, so you might want to replace it with Leftovers.

If you just want something to specifically kill just THAT Weavile, just use a Hitmontop with Fake Out to nullify Sash and then Mach Punch for the kill :P

I think replacing one of your dragons with any fighting pokemon that isn't OHKO'd by Aerial Ace should be fine. Weavile can't do anything to Gyarados either. Well, there are lots of other options. It just doesn't help that one of your pokemon is weak to dark and another is weak to ice, and Latias is weak to both dark and ice.
