RMT [Bulky Offense]

The object of this team is to be able to switch into many threats and neutralize them, while dealing damage in the process. It uses a combination of bulkiness, resistances, and immunities to switch in and out more safely.

Swampert@Leftovers
Relaxed, Torrent
252 HP, 132 Def, 124 SpA
-SR
-Earthquake
-Ice Beam
-Roar
Swampert is pretty much the bulkiest lead you can think of, and Swampert is here because I definitely don’t want a suicide lead. 124 SpA investment guarantees the KO on 0 HP/0SpD Salamence with Ice Beam regardless of SR. Ice Beam over Avalanche so Intimidate doesn’t screw me over. Earthquake is basically a must on Swampert. This guy can come in on numerous threats and chase them out and has generic bulkiness.

Synergy:
Grass: Dragonite, Celebi, Snorlax, and Jirachi
Dragonite: Covers rock weakness
Celebi: Covers fire weakness
Starmie: Covers electric weakness
Jirachi: Covers fire weakness

Dragonite@Leftovers
Impish, Inner Focus
248 HP, 140 Def, 120 SpD
-Heal Bell
-Roost
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
The first of my Heal Bell users. Dragonite might seem like an unlikely choice, but the fact that he has impressive attack without investment sets him apart from stuff like Blissey. Roost elongates Dragonite’s life. Dragon Claw and Earthquake have coverage resisted only by Bronzong and Skarmory, and I barely fear those two guys. 248 HP and 140 Def makes Scizor deal an average of 37.40% with Bullet Punch, so even after SR it will take him 3 hits to kill me on average. Rest into SpD for bulk. A good teammate with Jirachi.

Synergy:
Rock: Swampert, Jirachi
Ice: Starmie, Jirachi
Dragon: Jirachi
Swampert: Covers grass weakness
Celebi: Covers fire, bug weakness
Snorlax: Covers fighting weakness
Starmie: Covers grass weakness
Jirachi: Covers fire and ground weakness

Celebi@Leftovers
Modest, Natural Cure
252 HP, 120 SpA, 136 SpD
-Heal Bell
-Recover
-Leech Seed
-Hidden Power [Fire]
The second of my Heal Bell users. Leech Seed lets me pass on healing to other members of my team. HP Fire is for Scizor and grasses that avoid my Leech Seed. 120 SpA with Modest allows me to OHKO Scizor after SR. Max HP, and the rest into SpD for bulk. Can absorb status and pisses Blissey off a lot.

Synergy:
Flying: Jirachi
Poison: Jirachi
Bug: Dragonite
Ghost: Snorlax
Fire: Swampert, Dragonite, Snorlax, Starmie
Ice: Snorlax, Starmie, Jirachi
Dark: Erm
Swampert: Covers grass weakness
Snorlax: Covers fighting weakness
Starmie: Covers electric, grass weakness
Jirachi: Covers ground weakness

Snorlax@Leftovers
Impish, Thick Fat
4 Atk, 252 Def, 252 SpD
-Curse
-Body Slam
-Fire Punch
-Earthquake
Curselax. 3 attacks for getting rid of the coverage problem having only 2 moves gives you. Evs for bulkiness- Evs in HP don’t go as far, so they get split. Thick Fat for the ice and fire resists that I can switch Snorlax into. Body Slam over return because this team is not particularily fast. Generic bulkiness.

Synergy:
Fighting: Dragonite, Celebi, Starmie
Celebi: Covers fire, ghost, ice weakness
Starmie: Covers ghost weakness
Jirachi: Covers fire weakness

Starmie@Leftovers
Modest, Natural Cure
252 HP, 252 SpA, 4 Spe
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Rapid Spin
-Recover
Rapid spinner. Starmie can also absorb status. HP Evs for bulk, SpA Evs for power. Surf for stab, tbolt for gyarados and other waters. Recover for longevity.

Synergy:
Electric: Swampert, Celebi
Grass: Celebi, Dragonite, Jirachi
Bug: Dragonite
Ghost: Snorlax
Dark: Erm
Dragonite: Covers ice weakness
Celebi: Covers fire, ice weakness
Snorlax: Covers fighting weakness
Jirachi: Covers fire weakness

Jirachi@Leftovers
252 HP, 100 Def, 156 SpD
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Wish
-U-Turn
Wish passing and dual screen. Besides Celebi’s leech seed, my other way of healing up Snorlax and Swampert. Screens make my bulky team harder to kill, and U-Turn lets me scout switches. Leftovers over light clay because Jirachi wants to heal without having to wish.

Synergy:
Swampert: Covers grass weakness
Dragonite: Covers ice, dragon, rock weakness
Celebi: Covers flying, poison, ice weakness
Starmie: Covers grass weakness

Final comments:
4 pokemon have their own recovery
Only 1 is stealth rock weak, 2 resist
No dark resist, 2 weak

How is this bulky offense when the only really offensive pokemon you have is Snorlax? Everything else is running a utility set. Drop Heal Bell on Dragonite (you only need one user, and typically a bulky offensive team has no use for it as it just wastes a turn of momentum) for Dragon Dance, or switch out the spec entirely to an offensive mixnite or whatever, he needs to be offensive.

Drop Heal Bell on Celebi for Grass Knot and Recover for Substitute if you want her to be a subseeder. If not, then build it offensively with Leaf Storm/HP Fire/Recover/Psychic or other coverage move.

That's if you want to keep the same pokes, I don't want to tear your team inside out and make it standard.

You should try a MixNite
He's naturally bulky yet an incredible wall breaker while being a good prediction sweeper. It also seems like you will have a huge problem with walls.

I can see you have trouble with stall as none of your pokemon really have the firepower to break through it. You say you aren't worried about skarmory, but I think you should be, especially the special defensive varient. Skamory can set up on the majority of your team and when paired with a ghost or pursuiter to eliminate starmie, you are in trouble.

To help you moreso against stall I would making snorlax a choice banded varient, and using pursuit, body slam/return, fire punch and earthquake. This will help you eliminate their spin blocker and then starmie will have an easier time removing entry hazards.

Choice banded scizor actually does 51.69% - 61.04% to your dragonite and you have no hope of beating the swords dance version with dragonite.

I would like to change starmies EV spread. With your current spread, Adamant Life Orb Gyarados has a 41.03% chance to OHKO starmie with DDed Stone Edge, and a non-Life Orb version OHKOs starmie with a DDed bounce roughly 28.21% of the time and celebi is always OHKOed by the same DDed bounce and can be OHKOed by a life orbed ice fang after a little residual damage (gyarados obtains the chance at this OHKO after celebi has lost 14% of its HP or more). So what I would suggest is moving celebi's special defense EVs to HP and giving starmie the following EV spread: Timid, 216 Speed / 136 HP / 156 Defence. This will increase your survivability against gyarados while letting you outspeed infernape (who is otherwise a problem as all your pokemon are OHKOed at the current time (apart from starmie, which is 2HKOed due to being outsped).

For swampert, move all but 16 Sp. Atk EVs to defence, it will appreciate the extra survivability (and let you take a +1 outrage IIRC). Stealth Rock will be up the majority of the time anyhow.

I would give jirachi iron head > U-turn so you can have a decent STAB move. The 60% flinch rate also acts as a pseudo protect on slower foes if you wish to heal jirachi.

As for dragonite, I would suggest changing it to a mixmence with the following EV spread and moves:

Salamence @ Life Orb
Rash Nature, 252 Sp. atk / 176 Speed / 80 Atk
Draco Meteor
Fire Blast / Flamethrower
Brick Break
Roost

This patches up your lucario weakness while giving you an extra line of offense and wallbreaking potential, which will help you a lot versus stall.

Finally, heal bell is not needed on celebi, replace it with grass knot.

Hope I helped, good luck with the team.
