Hmm, I have to go soon so I will be quick. At a glance:
stick with leftovers on vaporeon. Shell bell is way worse unless you have base 35 HP and can one hit KO blissey and snorlax...
Dragonite shouldn't be using ice beam, use fire blast instead it gets better coverage with dragon. Bright-powder is fun because you have roost. Stick with bright-powder unless it is banned.
And lastly, I suggest energy ball and an expert belt on gengar. You could have issues with cursepert.
Hey this is on wi-fi isn't it? That is cool... the game these days isn't even ever played on the DS anymore. Does your gengar have hidden power ice already? If not don't bother with it; garchomp is no longer with us. I would make machamp guts but it is set in stone on Wi-fi and no one seems to think guts is any good anyway. You don't need to quote this though. Machamp should be adamant, I don't know what jolly outspeeds off hand, besides adamant machamps. If you want to outspeed adamant machamp put in 8 speed over 6. Adamant gives way more stat points.
Lefties on vap, and sala is a better mixed dragon but if you like dragonite more then use this set, * 172 Sp.Atk, 168 Speed, 168 Attack with yache
First thing, I would personally recommend Timid Scarf Gar with Trick. But that's only with Platinum. With Shadow Ball, Tbolt, and Energy Ball/HP Ice as back up. Focus Blast is meh on it.
Second thing, you have far too many Ice Type attacks on your team. Switch some things around here or there.
As Gand said before, Mence is a better Mix-Sweeper. There are others too. Although you get points for using Dnite.
And as of now, I decree Blissey Clause. No Blisseys. Get a different Special Wall for cool factor.
That's all I can say atm.
I decided to playtest your team since you asked me for a rate, so I'll try to include most of the issues I found while playing with it.
One problem is your lack of power. I struggled immensely against a Dusknoir with Pain Split, and ended up with a PP-less Gliscor. If that wasn't enough, Toxic Spikes was on the field, and four of your Pokémon is affected by it. Taking this into consideration, I figured that your team fares quite bad against stall teams, especially considering your lack of power. For this reason, I decided to try out a Tentacruel over Blissey. I were tempted to replace Vaporeon, but that would be a really bad idea as Vaporeon is your only switch on Salamence. Blissey was only useful to me in one match - it killed a Forretress. However, so can Hidden Power Fire Tentacruel, and in addition, it dealt with Scizor quite well, and that's a pokémon who definitely caused some trouble. Nevertheless, I used this moveset:
Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP/120 Def/136 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
As I mentioned, Hidden Power Fire Tentacruel can deal with Scizor too, so running 120 Defence allow you to take hits more convincing. It's also by far your best switch-in on Infernape. This also made me go with HP Electric in favor of Surf on Vaporeon to deal with Gyarados, as Tentacruel were my primarily switch on Infernape and other Fire types unless I needed Wish.
I also found Stone Edge on Machamp utterly useless alongside with ThunderPunch AND Ice Punch, except for hitting Gengar - a even better move would be Payback! Even with Toxic Spikes, you aren't getting through Cresselia who's going to switch in on you every time without taking damage. And speaking of Cresselia, I didn't really have any other options but Machamp to damage it. I also found Dragonite to be a little dead weight, so I tried out the DD-Nite to compliance for your lack of power. Though, it didn't really work that well with the rest of your teammates, nor create any synergy. I ended up trying a Curse Tyranitar (Careful with 252 HP / SpD, and Rest/Sleep Talk/Curse/Crunch) who creates a great of an synergy with Gliscor due Gliscor covering most of your physical weaknesses, and it's an amazing lategame cleaner. Althrough I didn't meet any CM-Jirachis they should really cause any trouble with Tyranitar, and they were definitely a big threat. Nevertheless, Payback was still a pretty useful move on Machamp is it lures in hell of a lot of Ghost/bulky Psychic types.
There also was a couple of situations I wish I had Focus Sash on Gengar. Althrough Focus Sash is negated by the Sandstorm from Tyranitar, I was forced to switch a LOT the first turn in fear of maybe Choice Scarf or Focus Sash. I don't think I landed a single Focus Blast while I played either, so I didn't really find Wide Lens useful at all. :p
I hope this was what you were looking for, and good luck with your team!
I recommend Hypnosis over HP ice since it's like in almost every gengar set and is very helpful.
