RMT: CB Gallade

This is my second complete DP team, and I think this one at least fits my playstyle a bit better and has some answer to most threats. I centered it around CB Gallade to damage or take out physical walls and then sweep with Lucario. Thanks in advance for your help!

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/36 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Absorbs sleep and counters physical threats like Gyarados and fighters. I brought HP Ice for Breloom mainly, but I think Swampert is more of a problem for this team so I may switch to grass.

Donphan (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/6 Atk/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Rapid Spin
- Roar

Spinner, phazer, and stops most physical threats that Zapdos can't handle.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 240 HP/72 Def/36 Spd/160 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Zen Headbutt
- Wish
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock

General supporter: Stealth Rock to help sweep, Wish and U-turn help Donphan keep taking hits and get more hits out of Heatran and Gallade.

Heatran (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 20 HP/236 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Fire Blast
- Explosion

Adds some speed and scares away some special threats like Azelf and Porygon-Z.

Gallade (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 64 HP/252 Atk/192 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Psycho Cut
- Night Slash
- Ice Punch

I ran some damage calcs and I was impressed with his ability to 1-2HKO almost every physical wall I tried. The only ones I remember presenting difficulty were the bulky grounds.

Lucario (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Crunch
- Extremespeed
- Swords Dance

Finishes things up at the end. I haven't really found him all that useful, though, because Gallade and Heatran can take quite a few hits and tend to stick around for most of the battle.

The bigges problem I see right now is that you have nothing fast to pick up on weakened pokes or make revenge kills. I would at least give Heatran a scarf to help deal with this.

buddy, 3 ground weak and only one resist. i would replace jiraichi for celebi to get the grasstran combo going. amazing combination. i would also replace donphan with starmie as you have a big mamo weak, as well as gyara weak as long as big bird's asleep.

travisurfer: lol I meant for Heatran to be scarfed and apparently forgot to change his item in team builder; I'll definitely change that.

animenagai: I'll consider those changes but I'm a bit hesitant. I've found Jirachi's Wish pretty useful, but I think it's making me play more defensively than I should be with this team, and Starmie over Donphan would reduce my need for Wish too. I'm a bit hesitant about Starmie because it opens me up to Tyranitar and Electivire. If I can find a reliable way to deal with Tyranitar (I think Celebi is a decent counter for Electivire), I'll try out these changes.

Snuffy: I'll definitely try out DD Gyarados over Lucario; I think it'll fit in a lot better.

edit:
So far I just replaced Heatran's specs with scarf, made Zapdos' hidden power to grass (will switch back to ice if/when I decide to take celebi) and replaced Lucario with Gyarados. I wasn't really sure what version to take, so I just took the DD set from Smogon's pokedex and I'll see how it works.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
EVs: 72 HP/252 Atk/184 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
