My pokemon:
Shizaari (Kartana) @ Choice Band
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Smart Strike
- Knock Off
- Sacred Sword
Kartana is in this team for mainly weaknesses, it's built on speed and attack for maximum damage output, it's not very tanky though so it dies easily. It covers Grass, Dark, Steel, and Fighting type, and I don't have any other Grass, Steel, and Fighting type moves on my party. Choice Band gives it extra stats, because I'm only using it for weaknesses, I swap it out right after I've killed someone, to either Landorus (if it's an electric type/ground type) or Tapu Fini (if it's water/fire type) By the way this feels like I'm writing an essay for school D:
Inazuma (Tapu Koko) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Electric Surge
EVs: 40 Def / 252 SpA / 28 SpD / 188 Spe
Serious Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
- U-turn
- Roost
Tapu Koko has a bit of Defense and Special Defense to be at least a little tanky and survive hits. It has max Special Attack because most of the moves are Special, and finally 188 Speed (which is whatever was left after putting points into defense) to outspeed Pokemon that haven't been built into Speed or are naturally slow. It covers Lightning weaknesses, has Roost to heal whenever it's low, and Dazzling Gleam to cover fairy in case Tapu Fini is dead. It has heavy duty boots to remove Poison Spikes because those are super annoying.
Yoganari (Heatran) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 136 SpD / 120 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
Heatran is there to apply ground-type damage when Landorus is dead and fire-type lasting damage in general. The taunt helps with Swords Dance/Calm Mind builds and it can also set up Stealth Rock. Leftovers are cuz I think that air balloons are a waste and I can just play smarter. The Pokemon has no ivs in attack to minimize confusion damage, besides all the attacks are special anyways. I have my evs in tankiness and a bit of speed (just to outspeed some pokemon if i can) because i don't need much damage if i'm only going for the setup and weaknesses. Magma storm is kinda like poison, it puts an effect on the pokemon that slowly damages it called "magma storm", it's kinda like bind and stuff.
Mizukawa (Tapu Fini) @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Taunt
- Draining Kiss
- Scald
It's a Tapu Fini Calm Mind build, nothing changed about it, leftovers for extra healing, draining kiss for weaknesses + healing, scald for landorus/other pokemon that are weak to water, taunt is, again, helpful for Swords Dance/Calm Mind teams, and Calm Mind helps with damage and tanking water type pokemon's attacks. 64 Speed isn't much but again, it's my leftover evs so what can you do. 192 Defense is helpful for tanking, and so is 252 HP. Not much else i can say about this, sorry.
Ketto (Dragapult) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Draco Meteor
- U-turn
- Flamethrower
Dragapult is the most valued pokemon (mvp for short) of my team, it can kill dragons, ghosts, grass types, and steel types, and even more! What's not to like about this pokemon?? 252 Special Attack for all the special attacks i have, U-Turn is the only not special attack i have, and that's just to escape so i don't really care about that not doing much damage, 252 evs in speed because i love speed on my dragapult! he can just one shot a bunch of pokemon before they can even hit the dragapult, it's amazing!!
Rikuchi (Landorus-Therian) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Defog
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Toxic
landorus!!! this guy, he's the coolest! he can lower evasiveness, get rid of terrain debuffs, kill ground types/electric types/fairy types and so much more with his earthquake and toxic, and u-turn in case things get messy and there just happens to be a really slow pokemon on the other side. his EV's are ONLY tanky evs so he doesn't die in a single shot from scald (>:/) leftovers because he needs healing cuz there's no items in this game. he also applies intimidate which is the best ability imo! anyways that's my team i'd love some advice thanks!!
