Bronzong@Lum Berry
Heat Proof
Relaxed
252 HP/96 Atk./160 Def.
-Gyro Ball
-Explosion
-Hypnosis
-Stealth Rock
After basically starting over my team(by keeping salamence and heracross, then finding out what their weaknesses were and finding a counter), I came up with this. He resists EVERYTHING that can take down my Salamence and my Heracross. He can then come in and set up stealth rock, or hypnosis. Then start plucking away with Gyro Ball, and explodes when appropriate. The reason for 252 HP is so that he can live 4 seismic tosses after lefties gain.

Heracross@Choice Scarf
Guts
Adamant
6 HP/252 Atk./252 Spe.
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Megahorn
Man oh man how I love this guy. Although this is a very common set, it reaks so much havoc. No matter what comes in, it will be taking alot of damage, and if I bring this thing into a Gengar, he is dead... no matter what. Great revenge killer.

Salamence@Life Orb
Intimidate
Mild
120 Atk./252 SpA./138 Spe.
- Draco Meteor
- Fire Blast
- Roost
- Brick Break
I love this guy just as much as I love my Heracross. Life Orb plus this EV spread and nature, just gives it all around power. With a stat of 350 SpA., he does alot of damage to anything that comes into him. The only thing that really walls him is a bulky water, although Vaporeon still takes about half from DM without the SpA. drop. Added Roost, because after sand storm, life orb and SR, I am done in a few turns, also crunch really isn't needed other than for Cress' which I would switch out from anyways.

Vaporeon@Leftovers
Water Absorb
Bold
188 HP/252 Def./68 SpA.
- Wish
- Protect
- Surf
- HP Electric
Kept this guy in as a physical wall, and as a Gyarados counter. Even with a DD, gyarados can't even 3 HKO me. Protect to scout out moves, and also to guarantee Wish recovery. Surf for STAB.

Umbreon@Leftovers
Sychronize
Careful
252 HP/56 Def./200 SpD.
- Wish
- Baton Pass
- Curse
- Payback
I am going to use this guy to curse up, then wish and baton pass out to Metagross. Also functions as a special wall that I desperately needed.

Metagross@Lefties
Clear Body
Brave
200 HP/252 Atk./56 SpD.
- Hammer Arm
- Gyro Ball
- Bullet Punch
- T- Punch
After getting cursed up from Umbreon, this guy will have a massive attack and defense, however, a very slow speed. Then I would start hitting away with gyro ball (seeing as it would be extremely slow from a -speed nature and curses), Hammer arm, as it lowers my speed, and t-punch. Bullet punch for priority.

Please rate my team. It probably sucks, so any help, movesets, criticism, or any comments would really help. Thank you.

You should do Levitate on Zong... It gives a complete immunity to one of his weaknesses, instead of merely reducing damage. Now, I'm not a big pokemon expert, so if you have a decent reason that trumps mine, go right ahead and keep running it. And if you need him as a major wall, wouldn't it be better to run run EQ rather than exploding him? And you should probably run leftovers. If he gets Paralyzed, just use Uberfied Gyro Ball. And Lefties help is better than trumping any sleep risk...

Again, I'm not a pokemon expert AT ALL, so if you think "OMFG this dood is retardeded" then by all means, keep it the same. I really like your team, btw. ^^

Disagree with the stuff you say here. People expect levitate on 'Zong, so they don't hit him with Earth moves. It's not until they try and Flamethrower him that they realize their mistake.
Also, as a lead with incredibly poor speed, he's very vulnerable to getting Hypnosis'ed (or whatever other sleep move) before he gets a chance to act. Lum berry ensures that he can get of a Gyro Ball or Stealth Rocks if they do have say, a Gengar lead.

Also, regarding the Metagross, I would suggest something else over Hammer Arm. Earthquake provides type coverage for three of the four types that Steel is ineffective against (fire, electric, and other steels) and your already-being-used Thunderpunch covers the fourth type (water). If you can pass him ~3-4 curses, Bullet Punch should be able to sweep absolutely everything that doesn't resist it, and even some of the things that do. Gryo Ball will similarly do insane damage, but I can't ever see a situation in which you'd voluntarily use Hammer Arm over one of the other three moves. One other suggestion I have, if you have not done this already, is to go in and reduce the Speed IV for metagross to 1 (not 0, so you oustpeed similar Metagross builds if they happen to exist) to increase the power of the Gyro Ball.

Umbreon is pretty eww as a special wall, but if it has been working by all means keep it. It's just that Fighting attacks are really common, and nobody in their right mind would let Umbreon set up to the ridiculous levels you need to do good damage. That and all you need is a ScarfTran against your Gross and voila, your entire setup is ruined. Now you seem to have most physical sweepers covered, barring Scizor. SR + Bullet Punch and Life Orb beats Salamence, and nothing else on your team can actually stand up to it. I'd say maybe run a defensive RestTalk Rotom over Metagross, as the moveset seems largely gimmicky. Bronzong stops Mence to an extent, but keep in mind that if they have even one layer of Spikes down, the surprise is ruined and EQ will hurt alot. Heracross is amazing in this GliscorLess metagame, keep it. I'd run a bulky Hippowdon over Umbreon as well, as it gives you a Tyranitar counter as well as a more effective DDMence counter. Zong with Heatproof is an amazing MixMence counter, so with your new Hippowdon, a more SpDef oriented spread would do better for Zong.

Another point is that Lucario runs through your team after a Swords Dance (as Mence isn't bulky + the likelihood of SR), so Hippowdon + Rotom in the slots I mentioned would help you greatly. Yes, SandStorm does hurt MixMence, but a lot of teams use Tar/Hippo anyway.

So yeah my changes are (in order of importance):

Hippowdon (Roar/Toxic/Filler, EQ, Ice Fang, Slack Off) > Umbreon
RestTalk Rotom (whichever form you wish) > Metagross

tl;dr - hope this helped.

Wildfire: I will consider earthquake, due too your statistics, but I would also like to see Hammer Arm, as its secondary effect is reducing speed. The 1 speed IV is a good idea also that I haven't thought about.

MS: Thank you for the suggestions. I am just about to try out this team on shoddy, and if I find it isn't working I will try your set. Your point with Umbreon is very good, and I might actually run Hippowdon.

Hammer Arm or EQ would work fine on gross, both take out Heatran no problem.
As for Umbreon, i must say it works wonders on my team. The problem is that fighting is going to hit hard on all of your guys, if you had a ghost, mebe a gengar or a dusknoir, or a bulky flying like Skarm, that would be able to take all of teh fighting hits, then you would be fine.

if you hope to set up that umbreon and gross. .youre gonna need something to take out gliscor, as well as other fighters.. gyarados does a decent job of this, try him over mence. itll help with scizor too, and scarftran who is also annoying to rely on vappy for!

you also have a zapdos weak and many can carry roaar so you wont just be able to set up on him with umbreon.... doesnt clear body prevent bped stat downs?
