Heatran @ Choice Specs
Modest
52 HP/252 Sp. Atk/204 Spd
- Overheat/Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Dragon Pulse
- Explosion
My biggest damager, the types he is weak to (Water/Ground/Fighting) are covered by Tangrowth, Gliscor and Vaporeon. Choice Specs and 3 special attacks for large damage, perhaps most effective when I have seen the majority of the opponents team, therefore I would attempt to keep him until near the end.
Tangrowth @ Leftovers
Impish
252 HP/228 Def/28 Spd
- Knock Off
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Power Whip
Not certain on this moveset, perhaps the team lacks offense, in that respect I welcome an alternative set. Sleep Powder is a decent, accurate sleep inflicting move, knock off removes items (paired with stealth rock and pursuiting metagross, makes switching less desirable for opponent). Power whip for damage and leech seed because the extra damage and healing is ideal for a bulky defensive grass type.
Gliscor @ Leftovers
Impish
252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake
Can set up stealth rock, Ice Fang covers dragons and such, EQ for stab and... well, EQ ;p. Roost to heal off damage, hopefully works as a physical wall, have been considering Taunt.
Metagross @ Life Orb
Adamant
152 HP/252 Atk/104 Spe
- Meteor Mash
- Thunder Punch
- Agility
- Pursuit
Can switch into special walls who do not want to fight him, and either set up for a sweep with agility, or use Pursuit to hit them. Otherwise can hit for boosted Meteor mashes or thunderpunches, depending on opponent.
Togekiss @ Leftovers
Calm
252 HP/100 Sp. Def/156 Sp. Atk
- Thunderwave
- Air Slash
- Aura Sphere
- Nasty Plot
Thunderwave allows him to stall fast sweepers, his high Sp. Def means he is not to scared to switch into some attackers also. Leftovers for any recovery needed on the set up - Nasty Plot when available which could likely be the end of the battle. Sweep with ParaFlinch hax.
Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Bold
188 HP/252 Def/68 Sp. Atk
- Acid Armor
- Wish
- Ice Beam
- Surf
Wish is not only useful for general support, but also due to the fact that Metagross is holding a life orb. Acid Armor makes him more versatile defensively, Wish for support. I was considering Substitute and Baton Pass, but I felt the weaknesses of this team were quite well countered, and substitute was perhaps not 100% necessary. I welcome feed back here...
previously I was using a setup with:
Garchomp
Jirachi
Spiritomb
Azelf
Blissey
Hippowdon
and tbh, the team was not very successful at all, pokemon using substitute (Jolteon, Breloom) dicked all over me, and overall I lacked damage, if Garchomp or Azelf died early on, I was screwed for the rest of the match, and with no phazers, pokemon could set up on me too easily. Infernape was also painful.

This proposed team has not been tested at all on Shoddy, I'd just like some feedback first :) So, RMT!
