Fairly new to OU/competitive play in general. Been my most successful team.

Close Combat/Spirit Break/Psycho Cut/Knock Off

Big physical attacker, knock off user, choicebanded for max attack since iron hands is running vest, dark and psyhic coverage

Garchomp (tera steel)
Rough Skin
Rocky Helmet
Outrage/Earthquake/Swords Dance/Stealth Rock

Rocks setter, cheesing phys attackers with helmet+rough skin, tera steel for ice fairy and dragon resist, dual stab usage

Grimmsnarl (tera fairy)
Prankster
Light Clay
Parting Shot/Light Screen/Reflect/Spirit Break

Leading man most of the time, screen setter, spirit break for lowering spatk and for going against dark type , parting shot for pretty much any threat besides dark types

Gholdengo (tera Steel)
Good as Gold
Life Orb
Make It Rain/Shadow Ball/Nasty Plot/Recover

Spatk life orb for big damage without locking into make it rain, recover for offsetting life orb, nasty plot for off setting make it rain spatk drops

Iron Hands (tera fighting)
Quark Drive
Assault Vest
Close Combat/Thunder Punch/Fake Out/Volt Switch

Assault vest for spdef bump, fake out for priority and picking off threats that outspeed, dual stab, thunderpunch over wild charge so no recoil, tera fighting for massive cls combats

Iron Moth (tera flying)
Quark Drive
Leftovers
Fiery Dance/Electric Terrain/Substitute/Sludge Wave

tera flying to bait EQ, substitute and elec terrain to use after the baited EQ, Elec terrain for boosting all future paradox mons, dual stab spatk, leftovers for substitute offset
 
Hey! Welcome :)

I know you made a post a little while ago, and the mods are going to say the same thing, but it really helps if you read the rules and flesh out each post. Not only does it make everyone happy and more likely to actually help you out, but it's also super hard to give thoughtful and meaningful help when there isn't much to go off of. I'll leave an example of a post I made so you can get an idea of what I am talking about. And with all of that in mind, I would harken back to what AndViet said...
