RMT (first post)

First off, I'm not sure what type of team this would be classified as but it's the team I use in game and wanted to see if any one in the community could help me strengthen it a bit more. Secondly, I know I'm a noob so don't be to harsh guys, thanks.

PKMN:

Manectric
EV's:
252 Spe
252 SpD
4 HP
Nature:
Calm
Ability:
Intimidate
Moveset:
Magnet Rise
Thunderbolt
Light Screen
Ice Fang
Item:
Manectricite
Description:
With Manectric becoming extremely over powered in the 6th generation of Pokemon, (at least in my opinion) I couldn't resist using him in my team. As for the type of Manectric itself, I've focused on a more bulky/speedy build. I chose magnet rise to get rid of its only weakness, ground. The only issue with this was that Magnet rise was a move tutor move taught back in B2/W2. Luckily I was able to orchestrate a trade for one with magnet rise. With out any weaknesses now I threw in Thunderbolt to cover water and flying type Pokemon, and a screwball with Ice fang through breeding. Ice Fang surprises those ground types, and as well helps out with grass, dragon, and flying types. Light Screen is there mainly for the purpose of weakening SpA. This is one of my favorite builds, and I can honestly say I've yet to come up against something similar.

PKMN:
Gliscor
EV's:
252 HP
252 Def
4 Spe
Nature:
Impish
Ability:
Immunity/Poison Heal
Moveset:
Earthquake
Substitute
Protect
Toxic
Item:
Toxic Orb
Description:
The way I set up this Gliscor was for the purpose of Toxic stalling. I used earthquake to do some extra damage when a switch is predicted. The next three moves are somewhat self explanatory, but for those who don't know, they are chosen so that a toxic stall may be achieved. I've had great luck with this guy in game and would love to see what everyone else thinks of him.

PKMN:
Aegislash
EV's:
252 HP
252 ATK
4 Def
Nature:
Brave
Ability:
Stance Change
Moveset:
Kings Shield
Swords Dance
Shadow Sneak
Sacred Sword
Item:
Leftovers
Description:
This is your typical Aegislash, but used in your untypical manor. Though I don't primarily use him for his brute power and effectiveness, (although it is quite useful) he still is quite the key member of my team. Using him as more of a scare tactic, and pairing him with the Illusionist Zoroark, I've pulled off dozens of sweeps not with Aegislash himself, but with the fear he creates in opponents minds. That's about all that needs to be said besides that if the mind games don't work Aegislash is still powerful enough to make quick work of many Pokemon.

PKMN:
Zoroark
EV's:
252 SpA
252 Spe
4 HP
Nature:
Timid
Ability:
Illusion
Moveset:
Dark Pulse
Focus Blast
Flamethrower
Nasty Plot
Item:
Focus Sash
Description:
Zoroark has become extremely helpful in this generation to myself mainly due to the OP-ness of Aegislash. As I previously stated, Using Zoroark's Illusion to bring in a "Aegislash" causes many to switch and then the Nasty Plot abusing begins. After a Nasty plot, with the given arsenal, the question isn't , can I sweep?, but rather, what shall I sweep with?

PKMN:
Rotom W
EV's:
252 SpA
252 Spe
4 SpD
Nature:
Modest
Ability:
Levitate
Moveset:
Trick
Volt Switch
Hydro Pump
Will-O-Wisp
Item:
Choice Scarf
Description:
At first i had rotom in my team to cover fire type Pokemon, but as his time has gone on he has slowly become one of the most ridiculous Pokemon I've ever used. He can almost nearly switch in on any Pokemon and still pull off the KO. For the most part the choice scarf Hydro Pump does the job, but Volt Switch isn't to be taken to lightly either.

PKMN:

Lucario
EV's:
252 Atk
252 Spe
4 HP
Nature:
Lonely
Ability:
Inner Focus
Moveset:
Close Combat
Bullet Punch
Extreme Speed
Swords Dance
Item:
Life Orb
Description:
I was torn between using Mega-Lucario or Mega-Manectric, and still am, but at the moment I've decided to side with Manectric. Lucario is still seriously Bad A** without mega evolving though. He's extremely useful in setting up and Sweeping. He is one of the members of my team I am alright with swapping out but would rather hear suggestions on how to keep him and improve on him. Also the Life Orb is there to make that damage just overly ridiculous. Again, can be swapped though.

Alright, so lastly, if you're still reading, Thank you, and if you plan on commenting to help, it is greatly appreciated. I know I'm probably not the best at this just yet, and I know I could probably make a lot of changes to help out with the team and that is why i posted it here. Again Thank you all for your time.

Change the EVs on Manectric to 252 SpAtk and 252 Spe with a Timid Nature.
Replace Ice Fang with Hidden Power Ice also. Base 75 Attack isn't going to hurt much.

252 SpA Mega Manectric Hidden Power Ice vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Garchomp: 312-368 (87.1 - 102.7%) -- 18.8% chance to OHKO
0- Atk Mega Manectric Ice Fang vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Garchomp: 140-168 (39.1 - 46.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Mega Manectric Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Gliscor: 340-404 (96 - 114.1%) -- 75% chance to OHKO
0- Atk Mega Manectric Ice Fang vs. 252 HP / 184+ Def Gliscor: 88-104 (24.8 - 29.3%) -- possible 6HKO after Poison Heal

Also replace Light Screen with Overheat/Flamethrower. Manectric isn't very bulky, so even with Light Screen he'll go down easily. Besides, most Pokemon attacking him are using physical moves. Fire type is a great attacking type and it provides excellent coverage.

Agreed, and as much as Magnet Rise is clever and all, Manectric is simply to frail to abuse a ground immunity. He gets hit plenty hard by any neutral hits, I definetely suggest using something like Volt Switch to help you get momentum and switch inititiative instead. At the very least change Ice Fang to HP Ice, to take advantage of your much higher Special Attack, and also because Calm nature means a -Atk nature anyways.

Run Jolly or Adamant over Lonely for Lucario. Since you arent using any Special Attacks, i see no reason why you dont use a -SpA attack nature, +Speed/Attack.

Sorry, but Will-O-Wisp isnt that great on non bulky Rotoms. Simply put, you dont have the bulky to survive a hit to use it. Also puts you in a sticky situation when you're locked into it. There will be times when you will have to wisp before you trick, and i suggest just running an HP for coverage instead. Although it is a good surprise factor.

While the Zoroark idea is quite clever, it is absolutely reliant on having no Hazards on the field. People are going to be suspicious when they see an Aegislash taking 12% from Stealth Rocks. I suggest havig Defog on Gliscor, to help allieviate this, since nothing else on your team has access to Anti-Hazards moves.
