So first off this is my first RMT and my first team I built I've been running it on Pokemon Online for awhile and it seems to be going ok. But I would like to get advice from the Pokemasters here on Smogon.
So thats it please let me know what you think or if I might wanna change a moveset, nature,ev spread,or even the pokemon itself. Like I said this was my first competitive team it seems to work pretty well but there is always room for improvement. (Like entry hazards or rapid spinner) and thanks ahead of time for any help you can provide.
My Team at a glance
Poison Heal
252HP/184Def/72Spe
Impish
Protect
Earthquake
Taunt
Ice Fang
I picked Gliscor for my team because I have always loved him so I made him my lead to counter other leads with taunt so they can't setup on me since I don't have any hazards. The ev spread gives him the bulk he needs to take hits like a champ while it gives him the speed needed to outpace some common leads so he can get his taunt before they can lay traps protect to scout moves and ice fang for some coverage. Ice fang also helps kill opposing Gliscor leads and his base atk lets him chunk at bulky dragons.
The Thunder
Scizor@Choice Band
Technician
252Atk/120SpD/136Spe
Adamant
Bullet Punch
Bug Bite
Superpower
Pursuit
Scizor is a choice band sweeper I went with choice band because I feel he is more effective since he is able to sweep without a setup. With his ev spread he has some special defense so he can take s shot or two and the atk and seed needed to take down many threats. I picked pursuit over other fillers to deal with those pesky psychic types so I can snag em before they can be swapped out. So he can hopefully OHKO many frail threats while 2H or 3HKO'ing bulky walls and stalls.
The Decor
Chandelure@choice Specs
Flash Fire
72HP/252SpA/184Spe
Timid
Overheat
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball
Hidden Power Fighting
Chandy here covers a few things for my team. He soaks up the nasty fire attacks that would normally own Scizor and Virizion,he could be a block for rapid spinners but as you can tell i have no entry hazards and dent a lot of the current meta game walls 2H possibly OHKOing them. His ev spread is to give him a bit of extra hp while giving him max spa to rock with specs and the speed to help him outpace so his frail framework doesn't get smashed. I picked Overheat over other stabs such as fire blast because I would rather have the extra dmg to go with specs. Energy Ball and HP:Fighting are to cover some of his weaknesses.
The Cleaner
Rotom-W@Leftovers
Levitate
252HP/252SpA/4Spe
Modest
Thunderbolt
Hydro Pump
Will-O-Wisp
Pain Split?
This guy is just awesome he has a great typing and he is just an all around pain to deal with. I decided to go max hp/SpA evs to give him some bulk because even with the little investment into speed he still can outpace alot of pokemon. Moveset kinda obvious Thunderbolt and Hydro pump for STABS then I picked WoW to hinder physical sweepers and pain split to keep alive and make him even more difficult to kill. With his ability he makes a great switchin for chandy when they try to EQ him. He can also help break stalls with WoW and Pain Split.
The Freak
Hydreigon@Choice Specs?
Levitate
64HP/252SpA/192Spe
Modest
Draco Meteor
Dark Pulse
Flamethrower
Surf
To start his moveset is pretty much dmg dmg dmg. His two STABS do pretty hefty dmg plus he has coverage with surf and flamethrower. With this setup he can survive some hits that might normally OHKO him while maintaining nice speed and dmg. He can just mash things into the ground with Draco Meteor or if that doesn't work kill it with fire or drown it with water! He as well makes a great switchin for Chandy like Rotom-W. I have been reading he is out classed by many other dragons such as Dragonite but I plan to prove people wrong Hydreigon can hang with the big drags.
The Innocent
Virizion@Leftovers
Justified
252HP/4SpA/252Spe
Timid
Focus Blast
Calm Mind
Giga Drain
Hidden Power Ice
With these evs and nature she is bulky as hell and can outpace a lot in the meta game and she still hits hard especially with a few calm minds under her belt. Focus blast because its one of the few fighting moves thats special so I picked that for the STAB Giga drain to do some decent dmg and keep healing up making it hard to kill her. HP Ice for some added coverage over stuff that might resist her stabs. I decided to use virizion because she can handle threats mainly Rotom-W which many teams seem to have a lot of trouble killing.

My team at a closer look.
