[RMT] First team, needs help

This is my first team build and it probably needs some serious help, feed back is much appreciated.

The Team

Details

002.jpg

Metagross@Focus Sash
Ability: Clear Body
EVS: 252Atk/ 112HP/ 12Dff/ 16Spd/ 118Sdff
Adament (+Atk, -Satk)
-Stealth Rock
-Meteor Mash
-Explosion
-Bullet Punch

Metagross is my lead because he is a bulky Pokemon to set up stealth rock and be able to leave the opponent with a bang. I like the focus sash so that instead of being finished off I can use one last explosion or bullet punch.

003.jpg

Togekiss@Kings Rock
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 100HP/ 100Satk/ 100Spd/ 140Dff/ 70SDff
Modest (+Satk, -Atk)
-Thunderwave
-Roost
-Aura Sphere
-Air Slash

Togekiss is kind of an annoyer on my team, using Thunderwave + Airslash with the STAB it gets can be a nasty combo. The EVs aren't typical but I like to try and balance my EVs so Togekiss has good Defense as well as Special Defense + with the Evs in special attack I should hit around 340 Satk.

004.jpg

Gyarados@Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 152HP/ 176Atk/ 144Spd/ 38Dff
Adamant (+Atk, -Satk)
-Waterfall
-Dragon Dance
-Earthquake
-Avalanche

Gyarados is used as my bulky sweeper, I wanted him to be able to take hits and to be able to dish it out. Also with Dragon Dance I wanted to be able to outrun a lot of opponents, though with only a 351 boost it doesn't quite outrun them all. I picked Avalanche because I like the fact that if Gyarados takes damage first its power doubles and with a mediocre 231 speed it comes in handy.

005.jpg

Tyranitar@Choice Scarf
Ability: Sandstream
EVs: 252Atk/ 252Spd/ 4Dff
Adament (+Atk, -Satk)
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Thunder Punch

Tyranitar is a physical sweeper on my team. I choice to use choice scarf over choice band to make up for what it is lacking in speed. Thunder punch gives me good coverage against water types, stone edge for the flying and earthquake and crunch for whatever else might come my way.

001.jpg

Gengar@ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252Satk/ 252Spd/ 4HP
Timid (+Spd, -Atk)
-Focus Blast
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Psychic

Gengar is my special sweeper for the team. I made sure he was fast and packed a punch. I tried to teach it a variety of moves but didn't hit it right to get hidden power[fire] and had to settle for psychic instead. I don't really like Gengar and am currently working on a better Pokemon that to special sweep with that knows a fire based move.

006.jpg

Umbreon@Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
Evs: 252Dff/ 128Sdff/ 132HP
Bold (+Dff, -Atk)
-Toxic
-Protect
-Baton Pass
-Mean Look

Umbreon is my wall, I didn't want to use Blissey because everyone does. Unfortunately, I didn't breed for wish. So I used protect instead, Turn 1- Toxic, Turn 2- Mean Look, Turn 3- Protect (for the extra toxic damage), Turn 4- Baton Pass.

Well this is my first team, feedback would be awesome!!

Hey this is a nice team, and I have a couple of small suggestions.

Metagross really wants occa berry. You will probably NEVER see him finished off in 1 hit, so absorbing a fire attack is really useful. Occa > Lum because if you're facing a sleep lead like Roserade, you can just switch to Umbreon and bounce the sleep back to them.

Avalanche is a no-no on Gyarados. You won't think Gyarados has medicore speed after a dragon dance, as not much without a scarf will be outspeeding him. Ice fang is such a better choice.

Tyranitar would really like Pursuit instead of Thunderpunch, as you probably won't be beating many waters anytime soon (Swampert is immune, Gyara + DD outspeeds you, Suicune has insane defenses, etc). The ability to trap and kill Rotom and Latias is much more useful.

Finally, why can't you get HP Fire on Gengar? Are you not using Shoddy? Because HP Fire is definitely the best coverage move for him.

I hope I helped!

I agree with basically all of the things GrmHawke has said but just a small nitpick about his rate; defiantly use stone edge over avalanche; though avalanche can help greatly with common switch ins to Gyarados like the common salamence which takes minimal damage from waterfall and is immune to earthquake, stone edge not only help with defeating Salamence, but it also help with both rest take Gyardos and the very common BulkaGyara. With stone edge after a couple of dragon dances, you guaranteed to 2HKO if not OHKO both these sets and Salemence with stone edge while both BulkaGyara and Rest talk Gyarados would take minimal damage from avalanche. So basically, in my opinion, stone edge is definably the better choice but hey; its you who has to use this team so test both avalanche and stone edge out and see which works best for you.

Thank you for your input. I'm not sure how to get hp fire though, isn't it based off your IVs?? And wouldn't a blissey destroy my team??
