RMT for BW Online

Hey guys I'm new here so I'm sorry if this thread is in the wrong place.

Anyway I have been having some trouble winning in the BW random lvl 50 3v3 single battle room and was wondering if I could get some pointers.

Here are the 6 Pokemon I bring in with me:

Rotom -W @ zap plate
Levitate-
Modest-
112HP/ 252 SpA/ 114 Spe
Tbolt
Hydro Pump
WoW
HP fire 59

*I put him on here to take care of all jelicents and volcaronas. I also feel that he covers most pokes I see. I tend to send him in as a lead when I see popular fire, water or electric pokes on the other team. I feel that he covers alot of popular threats very well but at times seems very weak and gets Ko'd by non super effective hits. As for the moves Zap plate and stab Tbolt to take care of bulky waters and the ocasional flying types. Stab hydro pump to deal deceent damage to fires and grounds. HP fire to cover his one grass weakness. Will o Wisp to cripple anything that seems powerfull.*

Im not too sure about his item I gave him a zap plate to boost the stab that is used the most but Im not entirely sold on it yet.

Metagross @ Iron Plate
Clear Body
Hasty
252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe
Meteor Mash
Ice Punch
Explosion
EQ

*Hes my shiny pride and joy. I put him in here for a mixed pysical attacker. Im working on getting a life orb for him. I know the nature doesn't match the best set for him but that just what I caught him with. Meteor Mash gives a strong stab move and is good agaisnt the gound type switch ins going for the EQ. Ice punch covers grass types that scare Rotom away and is also good agaisnt Dragons that are tring to sweep with outrage. EQ completes the coverage and Explosion for anything I feel threatened by or at low Hp.*

Gyrados @ chesto berry
Intimidate
Adamant
252 Atk/ 4 Def/ 252 Spe
Waterfall
Icefang
DD
EQ

*Dragon dancing physical sweeper. I always pick Gyra for one of the three when I see a vocanrona since gyra can set up one DD against him and maybe KO the next switch in. Waterfall for a good stab move and EQ for good coverage. I have ice fang on here for the same reason I have Ice punch on Metagross. Its good coverage for dragons if I dont bring metagross with me but I've been thinkign about replacing with stone edge- Need some thoughts on that. I have chesto berry because people liek to try to put him to sleep but I think a better choice may be the berry that weakens rock moves.

Scizor @rocky helmet
Technician
Adamant
4Hp /252 Atk/ / 252 Spe
Swords Dance
pursuit
X-scissor
bullet punch
*Another physical sweeper. Ill bring in scizor when I dont bring in metagross so I dont have a huge weakness to fire. Swords dance to boost attack on a switch in. Technician pursuit to suprise ghost types. X scissor is a strong stab but I feel like Its not the best move to have on this set. Bulletpunch for a stong priority attack for foes with low HP. Once again with the item, I just gave him something that i would find usefull working on gettign a life orb for him.*

Jolteon @ choice specs
Volt absorb-Timid-252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Tbolt
Shadow ball
Volt switch
Hp Grass....I think

*Special sweeper/revenge killer. I normally switch in jolteon when I see the electric counter for gyra. Send Jolteon in get the volt absorb and depending on the pokemon hit them with a stab tbolt or shadowball. Voltswitch is there for scouting and for qucik hits on EQ users (then switch into gyra or rotom). Hp grass for hitting ground types if its teamates are KO'd. I have choice specs on him for tons of power, but since these battles are 3v3 Idk if its needed (like some opinions on that). As much as I like jolteon He is very frail and is OHKO'd by most things. Are there any good substitutes for him?

Porygon 2 @ evolite
Trace- bold- 252 HP / 40 SpA / 216 SpD
toxic
tbolt
ice beam
recover

*Defensive duck set good against non fighting types that are trying to set up. Classic bolt beam combo for good coverage. Toxic for anything that shrugs off the bolt beam combo or for anything that is bulky. Recover to patch up in a pinch. He was one of my go-to pokes back in DPPT, but it seems that hes not as good in this Gen as he was back then. I have the Evolite to add to his bulkyness*

I also have a calm mind houndoom in the PC that I have yet to use...

Im not sure if it makes too much of a diference but all these pokes are EV'd to be at level 100 not 50 and they were all EV'd back during DPPT before the new gen EVs came out. But obviously something is wrong and I'm open to all suggestions.

Thanks in Advance.
