Hi all, first post I've made here. I just started competitive battles a few days ago, so now I'm using what I've seen and trying to make my own teams. Feel free to tear it apart, I'm sure there are numerous things wrong with it.
Nattorei (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Atk / 168 Def
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip
- Stealth Rock
Starter, main physical wall, and Stealth Rock supplier of the team. STABbed Power Whip and Gyro Ball required, with Gyro Ball benefiting from his terrible speed. Stealth Rock tends to be my first move of the game. If I don't think I'm going to be killed, Leech Seed will be second, usually followed by a switch.
Roobushin (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Mach Punch
- Focus Punch
- Substitute
- Payback
Starmie @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 100 SAtk / 156 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Recover
- Psychic
- Surf
- Rapid Spin
Spiritomb (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Atk / 84 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
Urugamosu (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Bug Buzz
- Butterfly Dance
- Flame Dance
- Hidden Power [Ground]
Kyuremu @ Life Orb Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Ice Beam
- Outrage
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Roobushin (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Mach Punch
- Focus Punch
- Substitute
- Payback
Main physical attacker. Focus Punch to hit extremely hard with Life Orb and Iron Fist if the enemy is stat boosting, Mach Punch otherwise. Payback seems to sync nicely given his low speed, and if I know a swap is imminent. Honestly I'm not sure why Substitute is there, anyone have a better choice?

Starmie @ Leftovers Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 100 SAtk / 156 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Recover
- Psychic
- Surf
- Rapid Spin
Rapid Spin! Not in my original team setup, but with Stealth Rock dealing 50% of Urugamosu's health, I needed one. Decent defenses, so I gave it Recover so I don't lose it and have Stealth Rock up. Psychic and Surf given STAB and its nice SpAtk. stat to put out some good damage.

Spiritomb (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Atk / 84 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
Secondary physical wall, with decent SpDef., and answer to stat-boosters. Immune to fighting, normal, and psychic. Will-O-Wisp renders physical attackers inadequate, Taunt forces them to use their weakened attacks. Spiritomb's attack allows it to put out some respectable STAB Dark attacks. Pursuit and Sucker Punch each provide an attack for switchs, and for when an attack is coming. This syncs nicely with taunt, which means the opponent can only do one of these options.

Urugamosu (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Bug Buzz
- Butterfly Dance
- Flame Dance
- Hidden Power [Ground]
Oh Urugamosu how I love you. Extremely high SpAtk. and great speed gives it powerful sweeping abilities combined with Butterfly Dance. When the opportunity is given to use a BD or even two, it becomes deadly. Bug Buzz and Flame Dance even before BD, with Life Orb and STAB, puts out a lot of damage. HP is there to take care of those Rock pokemon that would one hit Urugamosu.

Kyuremu @ Life Orb Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Ice Beam
- Outrage
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Special Sweeper, with abilities to take out quite a few types. Not sure what else I can say about it.
There's the team I put together, please don't be afraid to criticize. I realize I might have too much Special attack compared to Physical and my walls may be a bit lacking in recovery, and I'm a bit light on status effects. And advice is welcome, thanks!
