ORAS OU RMT (Help Me Finish My Team)

Figured this is about as good as a place to put this. First four members are the pokes I'm leaning with, but I need help with the last two.

(in no particular order)

Sturdy/Impish
252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
Stealth Rock
Spikes
Whirlwind
Roost

Pretty basic set. Lay out Spikes and Stealth Rock, and Whirlwind the hell out of them. Use Roost when health gets low. Rinse and repeat.

252 HP/240 Def/16 Spe
Calm Mind
Substitute
Hyper Voice
Baton Pass

Another pretty straight forward set. Hyper Voice takes advantage of Sylveon's nature, and gives me type coverage. CM+Substitute+Baton Pass turns into...

If I can successfully set up Starmie, he's set to sweep. Looking for most amount of type coverage from Starmie though...

Looking at the last two spots. I'd like to take Rapid Spin off of Starmie if at all possible, but don't want to leave my team without a Rapid Spinner. If I could combine a Special Defense Wall with a Rapid Spin, that'd be amazing. Also, I need a more proper lead. Like Skarmory once I've removed the opposing team's Rapid Spinner. Thoughts?
