RMT, help me fix it.

I just got into competitive team building, haven't really had any battles yet.
Here is my current team, and yes, I know my Smeargle is illegal by Smogon standards. Any other criticism is not only welcomed, but graciously appreciated. :)

Gigalith @ Hard Stone
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Spe
Nature: Adamant
-Earthquake
-Rock Blast
-Stealth Rock
-Explosion

I chose this pokemon because he can learn Stealth Rock and has Sturdy.
This allows me to always make sure to get Stealth Rock on the field.
In a pinch he can use Explosion to blow himself up and kill his opponent hopefully. The other moves are good for doing damage if he lives through the first and second turns.

Politoed @ Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Nature: Bold
-Scald
-Perish Song
-Toxic
-Protect

I chose this pokemon because he has drizzle and my main pokemon has water type attacks. he has toxic and perish song along with protect to make him a useful stalling pokemon. his scald attack is boosted by drizzle and his STAB.

Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
-Surf
-Dark Pulse
-U-Turn
-Ice Beam

I chose this pokemon because no matter what move he uses, it will be STAB. Surf is more reliable than hydro pump. Ice beam takes care of most grass and dragon types. Dark pulse handles psychic types and has decent damage. u-turn lets him escape a fight he can't win.

Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Moody
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
-Shell Smash
-Spore
-Baton Pass
-Ingrain

I chose this pokemon because of SmashPass. He can boost the stats of a pokemon and give whoever he switches to a huge buff. spore will give him a chance to set up. ingrain is sometimes risky to set up as it adds another turn, but give whoever he switches to a way to heal.

Talonflame @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs:124 HP / 252 Atk / 132 Spe
Nature: Adamant
-Brave Bird
-U-Turn
-Flare Blitz
-Tailwind

I chose this pokemon because he hits hard and fast. Tailwind and Brave Bird get priority because of Gale Wings and Flare Blitz gets STAB along with Brave Bird. He hurts himself a lot, but he hurts the others more.

Magikarp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant
-Splash
-Tackle
-Flail

I chose this pokemon because SmashPass Flail is hilarious.
There is seriously nothing else to say. Well, except that in order to get ANYONE to look at my team, I have to have sixth member to it... as if they AREN'T going to tell me to get rid of something in my team for something else...

Some great combos are Smeargle's ingrain with Politoed's Leftovers. because of Politoed Bulk, the ingrain and Leftovers make him very hard to kill. he can use that opportunity to through down some toxic or Perish song and just wait out the battle, switching before perish song takes him or using protect to help keep himself alive. SmashPassing into Greninja or Talonflame is equally great because of Greninja's high speed and special attack and Talonflame's high speed and Attack.

As you can see, I currently only have 5 pokemon, a couple of which don't have a chosen item yet. Also, I haven't EV trained my Talonflame yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I know it probably isn't optimal at all yet, but these are a few of my favorites in the game, so I have been using them. Currently, my 6th slot is held by a Shiny Magikarp with Flail and a Focus Sash, for shiggles.

#1 Don't post incomplete teams, this means having all six Pokemon with EV spreads and moves; Okay, I didn't
#2 Have at least three lines of information about each Pokemon, you need to justify why you chose a particular pokemon instead of just telling us that Swords Dance boosts attack; Well, I'm a bit concise, but I did the job.
#3 Only make one new RMT per two weeks, additionally don't "bump" your team more than once; Meh.
#4 Use a readable format (PO or PS importable are good) and layout (no annoying fonts, colors etc); Simple.
#5 Make sure your team is competitive (no troll teams etc), also make sure to have tested it before making an RMT. Like I said, I'm NEW. It seems competitive to me.

I was about to rate it until I saw the Magikarp.

All I will say is:

- Give them items, as long as they somehow make sense, people will help you with a better one but will never take you seriously otherwise

- Using bold with 252HP/252SpA is a joke

Greninja and Smeargle are passable, nothing else is, considering this a joke until you add the obvious

Okay, added Sharp Beak to Talonflame and Hard Stone to Gigalith, since I honestly have no clue what else to give them. The EVs for Politoed a bad cut and paste job. I couldn't remember EXACTLY what I gave him, so I copy and pasted from the B/W builds but copied the wrong one. I fixed that. As for the Magikarp. I love Magikarp, and I have beaten people with him once or twice... Smeargle SmashPasses into him and his Focus Sash lets him live with 1 HP. Flail (with all the buffs) does the rest...
